Great hotel. Room was clean and well put together. My only gripe was the shower had a small crack in the glass that would leak on the floor after shower is a bit other than that it was great

First room offered smelled of dog so we asked to move. The new room smelled better but there was black hair on the bathroom floor - we’re both blond. Pillows could have been better. Appreciated that it was a quiet property.

I always have a comfortable time at Fairfield but room service is left much to be desired. Finally did a long stay here and cleaning staff would not replenish toilet paper and you had to go to the front desk to pick up more. Front desk is always friendly.

Beautiful hotel and feels lively unlike most hotels. Felt like a 4 star hotel and the bed was even decently comfortable. Huge tv, large walk in shower, and great amenities.

They've made me re-do this review twice because I gave detailed information regarding very poor service. The hotel itself was nice; however I will not be booking through hotels.com again.

My stay eas nice. Staff was nice and helpful especially the girl that was there Monday afternoon 6.24.24
