The bathroom needs cleaning. There are black mold on the bathroom tiles. During our stay of 3 nights, we only have hot water shower the first night. The location is good and close to the beach, but that is the only good thing about this place.

What an amazing gem. We loved staying here and would gladly do so again. Two things though. Floors are extremely slippery. They did say it was but I was unprepared for just how slippery it would be. Had a bad fall in the bathroom. Injured my coccyx. No two, and this is a personal preference. A ceiling fan or any other would’ve been great. Sometimes it would’ve been better than the aircon. I would still recommend this place for location, comfort and overall aesthetic

We just spent one day here but the experience was so awesome. Room was really wide and clean, and the environment was totally good enough, especially the lovely balcony. What’s more, the owner was very nice and warm-hearted. I strongly recommend this place for you, if you’re searching a place to live in Kending.

Great accomodation in the penthouse room. Very private and comfortable place to stay. Staff were very accomodating and helpful and breakfast was delicious.

Nice environment, very pleasant staff. Lacking F&B and transportation. Need to drive or Teng a scooter next time

The location is not convenience where you'd better rent a car or motorbike. The breakfast is very simple. The design is not user friendly enough which is quite dangerous for elderly. The cheapest room is super small & the tube was leaking. Fortunely my room was upgraded in the next day which is much bigger with seaview.

Close to beach, beautiful garden. The location is 3 KM away from town. Cost us 200 for taxi each time. Provide American breakfast. What we do not like is the poor WIFI signal and it is a bit overpriced.

We stayed in the penthouse room for 4 nights - the room is lovely. It is very spacious, relaxing and really well decorated. Great views of the beach from the terrace and bathroom are also a bonus.
All staff at the hotel were all extremely helpful and helped us organise everything we needed - they recommended good places to visit and eat and also arranged a scooter for us.
Breakfast every morning was also very good!
We would definitely stay here again.
