Super nice hotel we really enjoyed staying at. We used as vase whilst visiting water park at Rulantica. Really nice breakfast with lots of options. Easy check in and out. Overall superb stay.

Hotel La Toscana was a wonderful place to stay after a long day at Europa Park. The family room, with three sets of bunk beds suited us perfectly. The breakfast at the attached Italian restaurant was excellent. The staff was friendly and we were very pleased how they accommodated our child with a gluten allergy.

I stayed at the Hotel La Toscana for four nights during a recent visit to Europa-Park. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the main Ringsheim railway station from where you can get the shuttle bus to Europa-Park. The staff members on reception and in the restaurant were excellent. They were friendly and very helpful. English is widely spoken and breakfast includes everything that you could need to start your day well, so do not let this be a worry. I rate this hotel very highly and would certainly recommend and I will defiantly be staying here again on my next visit to Europa-Park

Clean, practical, great advice and nice staff and boss. A bit pricey due to high season at the park but a steal for large family to be near the park compared to extreme prices there for the night.

We spent 2 nights here going to Freibourg and Europa park. It is very convenient, and the hotel even offers a free shuttle to and from Europa park saving the parking hassle. The room is fine, great for a large family with 3 or 4 kids. The breakfast was great. And next to the hotel is a large supermarket and a restaurant. Overall, highy recommended for a short stay when coming to Europa park, especially considering the affordable price.

This hotel was amazing. The staff was friendly and attentive. We stayed here at the beginning of our vacation, and again toward the end. This review is for our first stay (I will write a second review for the second stay). The check-in was amazing. The front desk attendant was very friendly, and suggested a lot of things for us to do around town. The shower was awesome. There was a full shower door (apparently not the standard in Germany)! We had a room with a balcony (I think there are only 3 of them). Our friends were in the other balcony room right next to us, so that was really cool as we were able to spend some time hanging out on the balconies together. The air conditioning only allowed us to adjust the room temperature +/- 3 degrees Celsius, though. I like it real cold, so this was a bummer, but they were literally the only hotel that even stated that they had air conditioning in the area, so I was thankful that we at least had that. The breakfast was pretty good. We arrived toward the end of breakfast, so they were out of a lot of stuff, and they didn't seem to be restocking most of it. But what we did eat was tasty. Check-out was a breeze. Again, the staff was friendly and attentive.

This was the second time I stayed here, and it was even better than the first! Check in is from 0300 to 2300. We were running late, and our GPS said we were not going to arrive until around midnight. We called the front desk attendant and let them know. They stated that it was no problem, and that they would stay to get us checked in. On the way there, our GPS told us to take an exit off the autobahn that was closed. We had to stay on, and the GPS rerouted us. The new path given took 30 minutes more than the other one. And our phones did not have service for pretty much the entire time, so we were unable to call the hotel to tell them. We arrived around 12:30am (00:30), and the door was locked. We were worried that we missed them, but the guy was still there. He was a little annoyed (understandably so!) and said he tried calling us multiple times. We explained about the GPS routing us to a closed exit, and the complications of our drive coming in. Immediately, his tone changed, and he was caring and understanding. He got us squared away with the room and all was good. But before we could go, he told us to stay for a minute, and went to the back room. He returned with a Coca-Cola and a beer, and said "I think you need these after your troubles getting here!" That man was a savior! I wish I would have gotten his name, because he fully deserves recognition. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!
