Does not have pool like advertised, walk a block away. No Bar , used martini glass symbol but had juice only. Non alcoholic region was not mentioned!

Lake walked at night or early morning for romantic lovers.
Lastly and not least very helpful staff and late check out.

Made to wait 30 minutes for a marriage certificate although we were clearly on honeymoon, were again asked if we stayed in the same room on checkout !!! Bad looks at my wife and rude staff, hopeless airconditioning, super hot in the room, TV does not work. Many much better options in Lac

The stay was nice and the staff was very friendly.. wish they had an all inclusive option and better food choices and availability but it was nice and a good place to sleep… room service was nice too…only downside was it is a bit expensive for not having very many amenities.

The defining factor in this stay was the fact that there was a problem with the key cards. If we left our rooms we couldn't get back in again. Very much imprisoned. This was communicated clearly with Reception. No action was taken that solved. I would not stay here again; being able to move freely in and out trumps other stuff like cleanliness and service.

Service was very bad, no ironing service provided nor iron and iron board, after reqeust for the above the answer was they do not provide the equipment, very experience in 4 stars hotel
