Remote area but very close to airport. Although it did not meet our expectations we did find at staff very nice and they refunded us our last night without any hassle.

The foyer and stairs gave the property a cute vibe but we had a room on the third floor with no lift and no proper concierge for our bags. Our room was spacious and serviced daily but the room needed more natural light - rooms at the back had frosted windows to a brick wall which made them feel like internal cabin rooms on a cruise ship. Maybe request a room on the street side so you can open the blinds to a window with natural light coming through. No laundry facilities.

the receptionist staff were amazing, so helpful when i had some issues with my taxi, helped me order food off the delivery apps and honestly the best. I loved my stay, no issues or complaints and the staff even ordered halal meat for my breakfast. Will definitely stay here again. This hotel has a cool, london vibe which i loved!

Our room smelled and had no sun light. The window was shaded, and you couldn't see out. We actually left this hotel one day early because it was disappointing.

We got in close to midnight and the property accommodated us very nicely. Room was big and bed comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located nearby the downtown with many food options!

Very cute, very clean, and in a great location. Right around the corner from Old Town and all of its shops and food. Helpful folks at the front desk and tasty breakfast each morning. Also, they restock the fridge with water bottles each day, which is helpful. Would definitely recommend to any friends who ask where to stay in Phuket.

- not noisy because it is not along the busy street
- friendly staff helped to print the mural art map and provided us with some direction
- their transport pricing was reasonable and similar to Grab, so we booked with the hotel go our next hotel
- love the 3 in 1 soap

- same breakfast menu with 3 choices only
- low ceiling: I can't stretch my hands upwards in the room cos it will hit the ceiling
- no lift. Lucky we are on the 1st floor. 1 flight of steps up only.

We had a great time at the Blanket Hotel. The room was simple, but new and cozy. It's not far from the old streets in Phuket Town.

It is a small cute boutique hotel which has everything you need. If you stay one or two nights before moving to the beaches or islands, this place is a great choice. Good thai restaurants are near by, short walk to Phuket old town and the markets...Awesome staffs are bonus! We had to skip one breakfast because of early pick up for our tour, and they made lunch packs for us to take. So nice of them. (By the way I recommend James Bond Island early morning tour. You can see and enjoy the beauty of the national park without being chocked by sea of tourists:)
