This hotel is about a 5min walk from Brussels South Station. My original plan was to take the train to go to Düsseldorf but that changed. I was able to explore the local area and had a nice brunch. I explored the Atomium that day which was super east to get to from the station that was close by Port Hall. The hotel is currently under renovation and I got a new room. It was modern, clean and comfortable. I was close to the road so I heard the marchers for Gaza that night but it wasn’t too disruptive for a long time. The staff were very receptive and sweet.

Excellent location, short walk to the train station and we walked 20 min into downtown brussels. All the sightseeing you can see in one spot. Feel free to Uber there and back as well. Cost about 12 euro

The place is amazing staff are fantastic Room very modern, individual art work in the room and in reception. Beds very comfy shower best we have had . Breakfast has a modern bean to cup coffee machine. Eggs bacon and sausages, lots of continental options also. Fresh fruit and pastries. We were made very welcome, staff go out of the wayto be helpful. Yes they are still updating bit it had no effect on us at all. Convenient for the station and nice walk to the palace of 30 mins. Cafe also available during the day

Close to station, nice and clean. Spacious room newly refurbished. Front desk staff nice and polite. Excellent breakfast. Currently having some works in the hotel but did not disturb us. Would come back for sure in future.

Positives: -shower was great. -Newly renovated room was nice. Negatives: -booked a king-size bed, received a double. Staff couldnt rectify this. -duvet was smaller than the duvet cover and therefore was too small for the bed. Staff could not rectify this. -tea or coffee station seemed ornamental as there was no tea, coffee, sugar or milk. Only a kettle and cups. -fridge didnt work. -new floor is noisy when walking on it... -no water or refreshments available.

Hotel really close tô train station. Good for who will establish base in brussels and travel... Besides that, It is a really simple hotel..nota good to walk around the neighberhood.

The hotel was being refurbished so we were in a building site. We were aware of this before our stay. We were in a new room, which was lovely but it was not completely set up. No hangers, the fridge was not working. We were able to point out some snags such as leaking shower unit and a air conditioning unit with a mind of it's own. Despite the work we were able to have a good buffet breakfast. It was fine for our needs, close to the train station. You have to pay a 50 Euro deposit against you smoking in your room. If you do this with a card, it could take some time before you get it refunded to your card. I was not aware of anyone checking our room to make sure we had not smoked, before our 50 Euro was refunded at checkout.

Dont get catfished, this hotel is overpriced. The walls arent soundproof so you hear the trains go by all day, the AC isnt working properly. The hotel is under renovation so maybe it will get better in a few months. Neighborhood is super shady.

Was very disappointed when we arrived to find the lobby & reception areas were being totally refurbished, & resembled a building site, the builders were even using the guest lift, i would avoid for at least 4 months if possible.

Good location for a stopover arriving late with an early morning train to catch!

My stay at Euro Capital Brussels has been a very nice experience. I appreciate the staff that accommodated me to be able to check-in early as my train from Amsterdam to Brussels arrived early. Even though they are under construction, they make sure that there is minimal interruption or noise. They also have posters that inform guests about the working hours which was great. Staff are very nice and always helpful.

Hotel was under renovation. Room was a bit moist. Heater was good though. Service at reception was excellent.

The location is very close to the transportation hub. A good choice for budget-conscious traveler seeking convenience.

In the pictures the hotel and rooms look like nice place to stay, but at the moment of enter to the lobby most of the forniture and general view is old and in not too good shape. The carpet of the room was very old and with aspect of years of use, but the worse is the bathroom. The cleanness was very poor, the floor was sticky when we entered into it the tub had blac mould in some places. After taking the shower, the water was not flushing it self and we tried several times to release the lock of the floor to let the water go but it was stock.

The room was so noisy, I didn’t be able to sleep all night!

As per the previous reviews have stayed here by my count 6 or 7 times the last 9 years. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. The hotel has a fantastic location for getting around and is economical for those on a budget. There have been internal.renovations going on although there was no noise from it my complaint is the mattress in my room was appalling like a very soft water bed i had badback pain after sleeping on it both days. The night i moved on to amaterdam and slept on a good mattress i was good again. That mattress in that room really needs to be replaced for a firmer less worn out one. A shame as on my stays years earlier you always got a great nights sleep here. Maybe replace the mattress guys?

It is the worst thing I ever experienced. Do not booked. I checked in, saw the room, and was a construction site. Old and rusty room, get out there straight away and ask for a refund, but they said no! Hotel.com could not get me the refund after a few days of chasing them.

This hotel is in very bad condition. The room I was given had several stains of water infiltration and wallpaper was coming off. Did not manage to get a good night rest since the area is too noisy. Hotel guests were also very noisy walking in the corridors at all times of the night. Never again!

It was all good except for the smell of the bathroom, it was a little bit funny, but the place was perfect

Although the hotel was nothing special from the outside, and they are currently undertaking renovation (I didn't see or hear anything), inside the hotel was fine, clean and tidy and staff very helpful. Also breakfast is from 6:30am weekdays and 7am weekends, useful if you need to catch the train (the station is just across the road).
