1. Aiport shutttle at 06.20 is a little bit late for 07.00 flight.
2. Why is the music that loud in restaurant always so loud? On my request they changed.
3 Breakfast starts at 06.00 am. They could make something like a 'take away'.

Didn’t know what to expect when I booked. Was pleasantly surprised. Super friendly and helpful staff and we really enjoyed our stay. Clean and modern hotel.

Good hotel with all services, and in a good location. My only bad experience was the emergency alarm going off after midnight twice (apparently by accident).

The customer service experience at this hotel was unreal! The staff were GENUINELY friendly. Completely different culture. I wish our customer service in the U.S. was this amazing. Not to mention my room was really nice: comfortable and clean and very modern look. And the buffet breakfast every morning was delicious. Loved it. Thank you Casa Andina!

The WiFi was spotty in my room. Signal was on and off for me. Billing issue -- they wanted to charge me when I had already prepaid. It eventually was resolved.
