It was amazing motel to sleep at.

The motel is very well kept. Our room was super clean, as well as the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is within easy walking distance to downtown Manitou Springs. Our vehicle didn't leave the parking lot the whole time we were there.

The beds were comfy, staff friendly. The rooms were clean and fresh look and smell. We loved our stay there and highly recommend it.

Has a nice little gazebo to sit outside. Was only here one night but the area has so much to offer, we want to come back again for a longer time frame and will reserve a room here at the Eagle Motel. It wont disapoint!

This was an older hotel. The room was clean, but it smelled musty and old. Probably because of the carpet on the floor. The owners live at the hotel and were very nice people. He had a little Continental breakfast with hard-boiled eggs and toast and cereal, etc.

The property is located just east of downtown, so you can walk to stores, dining, and attractions without paying for parking. The hotel is an older building but clean. Nice views from the second floor. The people were friendly and the Continental breakfast was good.

Very convenient to where we were riding, clean rooms for being an older motel plus he let me check in early so I didn’t have to come back down from the trails. Friendly and nice variety for breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean, simple motel. Has fridge, coffee maker, plenty of clean towels, new tv with all the channels, etc. nice staff. Quiet location. Can't beat the price. Great choice if you need a base location for doing the incline, biking, hiking, etc.

Do not overlook this place! I know the standard photos don't show its true potential, but this place is great! It truly is a gem! Its newly remodeled, clean and might have one of the most comfy beds. It's easy to overlook it and go to a "bigger" name place, but I promise you can't go wrong with this quaint gem. It is located near everything and in a great walkable area! For all of you who haven't been to Manitou Springs, its a charming small town with mainly older hotels, even the "bigger" name places! So go support the smaller companies/owners who run the place day and night without a break!! Eat breakfast next door at the Pancake House! Yum!
