Good wifi
Free transportation to beach and town was several times unsure by the hotel. The driver forgot to pick us up back twice and sometimes You had to wait a long time or travel by tuktuk.
Personnel bad English, many don't speak it at all.
Difficulties to get breakfast coffee. You are not allowed to take coffee but wait for personnel to serve it. And You really got to wait. One morning they said that their coffee machine is in repair and brougt the first coffee cup in your own room at 11 o'clock.
Breakfast was missing cheese and bacon.

The shuttle service was fantastic. They ran until 9:30pm if you wanted to go to the night market that’s about 15 minutes away. Not a ton of food close to the hotel most things need a shuttle. But a very nice hotel

Good and quiet as we preferred, not too far from central by free shuttle they provide. There are restaurants nearby and in the hotel too. Location is next to Huahin Hospital. Inside the hospital also have local food fare, the food is good and affordable, and 7-11 is also by the hospital. Green Song Theo comes by so often, only cost 15thb during the day and 30thb at night if you don’t want to wait for the shuttle service. The pool and the greenery surrounding the hotel makes it quite serene to be around. The room is cleaned and spacious. The bathroom is spacious and modern. The shower has good pressure. The bedding is good and comfortable, not hard like some I stayed at. My husband and I planned to stay there the next time we’re in Huahin. Staff are wonderful. I was there as solo traveler, and I felt safe. If you’re looking for the same thing, then staying there is highly recommended.

Very nice hotel, perfect for a couple very romantic place. Only minus was that the people who works at the reception spoke very bad English otherwise very nice hotel.

staffs forgot our request many times, forgot to inform us our room was ready while we were waiting at check in counter, forgot to clean the room, forgot to pick us up at shittle bus station, forgot to fix the lightblub in room.

Great hotel..good for family with baby. Big room with load of functional spaces to change the diaper and give the bath. One bemol is the provided cot without mattress. Delicious breakfast but can be better with a hot chocolat or hot milk.very clean, great Jaccuzzi and the location is perfect for us.

We had a great stay.. it’s not as fancy as it looks at the pictures but was nice and clean.
How ever we booked our room for 2 adults and a 4 year old and got only 2 towels and when we asked for one more they wanted to charge us which I found a bit rude.
Breakfast was average but filled the spot:)
Other than that it was quite good.

I think overall is okay for us. We had our stays at the room with Jacuzzi Deluxe. Buffet breakfast was nice, free shuttle to some attractions.
However we experienced two matters and I think the hotel should take this very seriously.
Firstly, the mattress has bed bug, we got bitten by bed bugs. Secondly, the ventilation of our bedroom has problem, we don’t smoke in the room because the hotel is smoke free premises and they have designated area for smokers. But we got warning letter from the hotel twice said that we smoke in the room. The funny thing is we went out early in the morning and back hotel at late night. We received the letter when we came back. Guessed there were other people smoke in other the room.
