The unit was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable with amazing views of the Caldera and Skaros rock. Alexandru was an excellent host. Also the location is an easy walk to Fira and a nice, longer, walk to Oia. We would definitely recommend this property.

We had a wonderful, if short, stay here in Santorini. Alex was incredibly helpful, especially arranging transportation from the airport among several flight delays. The views from the room are incredible and everything was comfortable. We hope we can come back and stay longer next time!

We enjoy the views are excellent from the room and the common area.. The room is a bit small but it is as expected. We enjoyed good service from 2 Alex where no request is too small. Breakfast is delivered to the room..

Beautiful location, unparallel views, very nicely appointed rooms, excellent breakfast (included in our stay), attentive staff . If you have anyone older or motion impaired in your party, this may not be the best location (frankly, entire Caldera side may not be the best location), but the hotel is perfect otherwise. Excellent dining and hiking options right outside of your doors. Alex and Alex (2 consierges) were very helpful and attentive. I would stay here again !

This hotel is perfectly located with the best view in Imerovigli. It is worth the stay for that feature alone. It is a small boutique hotel (6 rooms). The staff are very friendly and attentive. We had an upper room with balcony (no hot tub) and it was great. The lower rooms have hot tubs. I recommend Imerovigli over Oia. The view is just as good (better if you stay in this hotel) and you avoid the heavy commercialized atmosphere and over crowding of Oia. 5 Stars well deserved in my opinion!

Alex was super helpful. He arranged all taxis and gave me his cell phone number so I could call him anytime for anything. And I did. Thank You Alex. Our room was very restful and immaculate and the BEST view. Andronikos is In a great location. I would stay there again.

The property was situated in a great location. Wonderful serene view. Rooms were well kept. The staff was very helpful. Alex, Andreas very very helpful. Made us feel very welcome. Got us transportation and gave suggestions on places to eat. Be prepared to walk up and down a lot.

The location is perfect to have an amazing view. The rooms incredibly cleaned and the best part is the people that run the hotel. Alex, Theo and Alfane

Great location away from the hustle and bustle of Oia and Fira but both within walking distance. The view is amazing, can’t fault the staff and the included breakfast was all that we needed. Hopefully we will be back one day

So amazing... Just book it... Don't hesitate, the staff couldn't have been any more friendly or helpful, literally I had their help through whatsapp anywhere in the island, anytime.. Rooms are amazing with an amazing view

I stayed here for 2 nights, my arrival was after midnight (reception is open from 8am to midnight) but after being dropped off in the square it was a 2 min walk, yes down some steps but I managed to carry 1 large and 1 small bag easily. Instructions and room details had been left on a note at reception so checkin was easy. Suite was very clean and just as per the pictures on website...next morning I checked out the view on my balcony, what a view, again just as advertised, no filtering. Up high so not much over looked but no side paths either for peering tourists, right in front of Skratos Rock. Breakfast is up a few steps to nearby Bhudda restaurant, lots of options and tasty. The stay was made even better by Chris and Alex (and the assistant, sorry her name slipped my mind, but so lovely too), so welcoming, friendly and recommendations on where to go see and things to do. Chris kindly booked catamaran sunset cruise which was great...nothing seemed to much and totally recommend a stay here..couldn't ask for any more on such a beautiful island. Will definitely be back to start here.

They helped us book our dinner reservations and gave us an informative overview of the island upon checkin. We were here for our honeymoon and it was the perfect stay! The hot tub wasn't located at the end of the cliff like some other places, but honestly we didn't mind at all. So great!!

The hotel is sort of hidden on the side of a hill and features 6 rooms, 2 of which are accessible from the lobby and the rest require a short walk (and several stairs) to the lower levels. There are 4 staff members (3 for front desk and 1 for housekeeping) and they are beyond friendly without being pushy and will do anything to make sure you have a great stay. The rooms are a bit on the small side but well appointed and soundproofed. The main reason for staying here is the incredible uninstructed views of the sunset from the rooms / balconies without all the crowds of Oia. A great full service breakfast at a local restaurant is included as part of the room rate. The location is great to get away from all the crowds of the touristy parts of the island. That being said, transportation is tough. Full buses regularly pass you on the streets and taxis are rare (and charge whatever they want). But the benefit of being away from the hustle and bustle of the island is nice. There are plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the hotel entrance so you can go out for the day and not be stuck at dinner. I would definitely go back but I would plan for transportation better next time. Friendly staff, clean rooms, tasty free breakfast and beautiful sunset views are worth it.

loved Santorini! Christos was the best he really took care of everything we needed to make us feel comfortable and safe! The room was very clean and has an amazing view! Breakfast was great! I can't wait to go back!!
