Stayed at hotel for one night whilst visiting Bicester Village for shopping. Great location only a short drive away from lots of amenities and far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. On arrival and throughout we were greeted with a warm, friendly and very professional reception. All staff were were very nice. Car park is large with 5 spaces for EV charging and allocation for disabled parking. We were offered a selection of rooms on a preferred floor. We chose a room on the top floor which was immaculately clean and very spacious with everything you might need and a huge bed. Breakfast is complimentary for all guests which has lots of choice. English and continental. We would definitely satay here again when visiting Bicester

Primarily, we needed a place in the area with late check-in and this was the main reason for picking the Holiday Inn. We arrived after midnight and were politely greeted at reception and told that food was available from the 24hr bar. This was a huge bonus as we were absolutely starving after a late night departure from the ferry into Portsmouth from Santander. The room was clean and comfortable and although the air system didn't seem to be operational, there was an electric plug-in heater which did the job perfectly on a chilly night in late November. The shower was excellent as was the buffet breakfast. As a retired couple, we do a regular road trip between Yorkshire and Southern Spain and just wish we'd seen this place before. Whenever we have a late ferry, this place will be the first candidate on the list for a stop over.

Not at all happy with two different members of breakfast staff. Petting dogs and then carrying on with their duties. No hand sanitizers used. We were there two mornings, witnessed this each morning. One of the ladies even brought a dish of food for a dog before petting it. I find this totally unhygienic. We stay at your hotel many times a year. Have always enjoyed our stays with you. But this may make us reconsider.

The finish of this hotel is very modern extremely clean. Customer service on check-inn was very good, even asked if there was any special measures they needed to know in the event of a fire.
The rooms are lovely! Clean again! Great spot for a night or two.
Will definitely stay here again!

Ac not working, traffic noise bad so vouldn't open window. We asked to be moved to another room next day, they did but couldn't guarantee the ac would work. It did and we slept tge second night. Breakfast good, staff nice. Management needs to fix ac in all rooms, bad business for Holiday Inn franchise.

Great long weekend stay….
What excelled most was the amazing customer service provided by staff, special mention to Ausie at the reception, Emma at the restaurant and Nora at reception.
These three were brilliant and made us feel valued as guests.

We were too hot and only discovered in the morning that we could have requested a sheet. We were not told this at check in. The bed was comfortable and the staff are lovely
