Wi-Fi was poor. The neighboring shopping mall had live music every night. The sound carried into the room and was very loud and annoying. The hotel it self was good and close to the beach and many restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was in a good location. Two minute walk from the beach. 3-4 minute walk to a big shopping mall (Market Village) with everything you needed in there. The staff was very nice. The room was clean and spacious. We got the room with pool access and it was great.
So far…a perfect experience. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

The staff were wonderful and the place is beautiful. Two swimming pools, and within 5-10 mins walking distance to the Market Village. Transportation is also close by. My only downside would be the bed was too hard for my back to handle, but that's more of a me thing.

The hotel is very noisy and close to the main road. There was no hot water. Not at all in the sink and not hot in the shower.

Close to the beach, and a 5 minute taxi drive from the city center. All in all a good experience. Plus for good breakfast with an egg station, and friendly staff. Minus for a voucher WiFi system that required you to “constantly” log on, and slow connection.

It was my second Time of visiting Kiang Haad Beach Hotel and like the last visit 5 Years ago, i was very happy that there were no negative changes at the Hotel or with the employees. It was very clean, the support from the Hotel staff was excellent and the Housekeeping was on point. There is only a small thing that could have been better, even when it is low season it would be great when there could be the possibility to use the Hotel Taxi at a normal evening time like 7 PM. Sadly the driver already finished work every Time when I asked for a driver. But this is only a small thing and not an negative point from our Stay. I was very glad to visit Kiang Haad Beach again and it was not last time! It was great!

Its a good hotel . Nice rooms . Clean . The Staff is friendly and serviceminded. I liked the bar in the poolarea in 4 th floor . Its close to the beach and Market village . I had a room with streetview. Dont choose that If you are bother by traffic sounds . But its plenty of other room more quiet .its a small but good gym there too. The breakfast is good They make whatever u want from egg , I would recomend it and i would choose it again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Questions I had prior to our visit were answered promptly, the room had everything for our stay; fridge safe storage. The laundry service very quick. The Sky bar was great may have over indulged on a few occasions happy hour by and in the pool. Staff offered advice were to eat and for massages. Breakfast was a great way to start the day great selection. Will be there next year.
