Of course it is human nature to pick out the bad things, however I will say the check in clerk was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately the air conditioner did not work properly and we roasted in the room at night, and the bathroom sink did not drain properly.

Poor selection of coffee and creamers. Had to find the cups in the cupboards and put water in coffee machine.This was the morning we were leaving

For the price it's okay. Definitely not anything to write home about but the service was great and we really enjoyed the food trucks and the coffee truck nearby. The room was very clean and I was very impressed by the housekeeping and it smelt great and clean when we opened the door which is rare in a low star hotel in my experience. The only complaint that I have is it was extraordinarily noisy not the other tenants but the road noise was impressive. We attempted to drown out the noise with white noise on our phones and could still hear semis and motorcycles and vehicles speeding by because the proximity to the main road as well as the railroad makes it for a very noisy stay. Definitely bring some ear plugs but other than that our stay was okay.

My mother and I checked in Wed afternoon at 3 pm, Aug 21. The customer service person was enthusiastic, helpful, and had a wonderful smile. She also had very helpful information. I will stay again!

Bed was ok for a short visit. Small lobby had coffee but not accessible late or early in the morning.
