No one was at the counter when we arrived to check in. We waited for 15 minutes. No one came. Then I decided to try to call the front desk from my cellphone. An employee immediately appeared from down the hallway past the elevators. Also our room (511) smelled like someone had tried to coverup cigarette smoke with strong deodorizer - it was rather unpleasant especially in the bathroom.

We’ve stayed at the Wilbur twice, and absolutely will stay again the next time we visit the area. The staff is helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the surrounding area offers plenty of dining and shopping within walking distance.

Everything was excellent! My only suggestion would be additional lighting in the rooms, which were quite dark.

Loved everything. It was amazing. Only thing I would do over is going through Expedia and go directly with the Hotel for reservations. I was way overcharged. Never again Expedia. Very disappointed with them sadly.

We can’t say enough! The location was perfect, walking distance to shops and restaurants! The Warwick Ephrata Rail trail is so easy to find in Lititz! 8.5 miles of gorgeous shaded & sunny paved trail! Have a cold drink Griddle & Grind and ride on back! Lots of benches and bathrooms along the way. Restaurant in hotel was fantastic and Mexican across street great!!! Go to the Tomato Pie for breakfast, so good. And there’s a great Cafe New Holland also is great! Don’t miss the Sight & Sound Theater 25 miles away, Daniel production was incredible! Also Ninos pizza was really good the last night, we grabbed a slice! The 4th of July fire works were Unbelievable!!! In the park next door! Loved our room and I just can’t say enough!!!

The facility was beautiful, the appointments and decor throughout were wonderful! The decor was a mix of modern and colonial, very fitting to the sweet little town of Lititz! It was lovely how they preserved the Wilbur Chocolate Factory’s bones when building the hotel! There were touches of the factory with chocolate molds, historical photos and projected images in the lobby and throughout. The only thing wrong with the stay was the loud noises that came from the electrical room upstairs. The hotel staff was there starting at 6 AM banging around for about two hours every morning! Don’t stay in Room 212! One night they were in the room at 3:45AM then again from 6-8 in the morning! The rest of the 3-night stay was absolutely 5 star! The beds were amazingly comfortable and there were plenty of towels and cute towel sculptures that looked like a vase and a roll with gold Wilbur coins and a flower inserted. Quite elegant! There was plenty of make up removers, shower caps and toilet paper! There was a Keurig in the room with tons of coffee and creamers! And if you wanted more coffee there was free coffee available in the lobby. Besides the unlucky location of room 212 the rest of the stay was magnificent!
