The room looked a little worn. Housekeeping cleaned the room so fast that they missed several items like UNO cards, used coffee cups, a salad that was found in the refrigerator.

The room was great but we were very disappointed with the “Full hot complimentary breakfast “. It basically consisted of bacon and cold hash browns. No eggs. This is the second time in a row we’ve stayed here with no eggs for breakfast.

The checkin was fine. The bed extremely comfortable, the breakfast was typical. The rest??? The upholstered fair and ottoman were so disgustingly stained and dirty that I was afraid I would catch something if I sat on it. The carpeting was badly stained and rippled. The tv remote did not work and 2 of the lightbulbs in the bathroom didn’t work. I have to question the ability of the housekeeping dept. All in all I paid $100 for what I could have gotten for $50 elsewhere. I have stayed at Country Inn and Suites frequently in my travels. This place was a disappointment.

Only had an overnight stay here, arrived early evening and left soon after breakfast. All seemed okay, room comfortable breakfast set piece for this type of accommodation,. Staff friendly and helpful, given hot cookies on arrival which was a nice gesture.

Everything was great. A couple basic maintenance issues (bad bulb in a lamp & missing drain plug in sink), but told staff at checkout and there was a maintenance ticket written up on the spot. They're on it.

It was quiet and I felt safe. Front desk and cleaning ladies we're excellent. I the room was a bit old feeling... Old carpet, a not very fresh smell( I used candles to make it smell better) and the bath tub looked like it could use some new caulking. Beds were comfy with different types of pillows.

Room was not straightened up the next morning and left dirty towels in the room. When we returned office called and asked if we wanted them to come make the bed.

If you are looking for a quick place to stay this will do but if you have any type of great expectation just keep looking. Upon arrival I felt more like an annoyance than a guest. Front desk staff seemed up upset she had to do work. My room was ehhh. The walls were filthy as was the carpet. The pillows were extremely small. Thank goodness I brought my own from home. The spring under my bed made a loud noise every time someone sat down or stood up. I brought my firestick from home but the TV would not let me connect.
It was very peaceful & quiet especially for being off a major highway.
Overall it wouldnt be my first pick on places to stay but I would if I had to.

I liked the appearance of the lobby area. It is very home-like looking with the nice wooden staircase, book shelves, and fire place. The lobby and dining area are spacious, which is nice. My room was also spacious and comfortable. The only issue is the bathtub has some water rust stains need need to be scrubbed out, and the caulk around the tub needs to be pulled up since much of it is black now, and a new bead put around it. I was dissapointed the hot tub was out of order. I had hoped to use it in the evening and could not.

The Hot tub was not working and the swimming pool had green stuff hanging on the side of the pool. The breakfast was just okay and there was no water in the work out room and I was given one bottle of water.

My wife and I were in town for a two day disc golf tournament. Our room was perfect as it was very spacious, clean, and had a comfortable King bed. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast in the morning was nice. We will return when in the area again.
