Nice little spot for a one night stop on our way to San Antonio. The hotel was relatively clean and the beds very comfortable. The only downfall is that the walls are pretty thin and I’m a light sleeper these days so I didn’t sleep well because I could hear everything. For the most part the room was clean with the exception of finding hair from housekeeping on some of our towels and bedding. Kids enjoyed the pool but we didn’t stay long, as it looked like the ceiling above it may have been rotting. Both the pool and hot tub looked as though they needed to be drained and resurfaced. Not sure we’d stay again but it wasn’t terrible for just a one night pit stop.

No complaints on staff or location. The front desk lady was very pleasant. The location was right off the highway and very convenient. I had some concerns regarding the safety of my vehicle as I had a trailer loaded with an expensive vehicle and truck bed full of expensive parts. No issues with the vehicle. My issue was with the cleanliness of my room. The bed was made and the room looked clean overall. Once I got ready to shower is when the issues began. The toilet was dirty, a used towel was hanging on the shower curtain bar, opened shampoos, opened bar soap, and hair all over the shower tub. This quickly made me rethink the cleanliness of the rest of the room. I had a really long day driving, so I chose just to shower and go to sleep. I was exhausted enough to not care about switching rooms. At this point, my mind was made up anyway that all the rooms were being left in the same condition.

It wasn't overly clean, in my opinion. They also ran out of most of the breakfast items before 8:30AM and it was supposed to be available until 9:30. Many people didn't get much. Overall service was slow.

I made a complaint about the food temperature the last time I stayed there. I got an email from them apologizing and saying that they would look into it.
Well, it was the same issue this time. The biscuits and sausages were barely warm. They need to put the sausages in the warmer with the eggs, so that they will be hot. They need to adjust the temperature on the warmer for the biscuits a little bit higher.
I had to put my food in the microwave so that it would be hot enough to eat properly.
On the good side, they have a really nice indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is just wonderful. You can set a timer for up to twenty minutes and just relax! They keep plenty of clean towels out there for you to dry off with.

We had the king suite #211, and I have a major neck surgery, 6 months ago, I am healing still from 4 screws needless to say they had ever single washer and dryer beneath us running overnight and the vibration on the bed was insanely terrible and zero sleep for our full day the next day even with pain medications. We will not be going back there again. Especially price gouging on a parent Texas tech weekend.

GREAT place to stay as the staff is friendly and available at all times. The price is exceptional! We stay here this season on TTU game weekends. This hotel does not raise their rates, through the roof, like ALL of the other hotels in Lubbock during home football weekends. For this we will always stay here. Super clean and beds are comfortable. ONE ISSUE........ every time we have gone down for breakfast they are ALWAYS out of food and we have to ask the front desk to replenish EVERYTHING! Whether you are down there @ 6:30, 8:00, 9:00.......ALWAYS out! There needs to be a separate person working breakfast on the weekends, NOT the person at the desk! Otherwise, definitely worth staying. We just go out for breakfast! :)

Nice newer property with clean room and comfy bed. Water pressure in shower was really good. Only problem my husband identified was bad coffee at breakfast.

We checked in around 10:30. The property was well-lit and inside was bright and welcoming. Check in was quick and easy. The room was what was expected. 2 Queen beds. It was clean and cool. Breakfast was very good. Will probably stay again when I come back to Lubbock.

Staff was great, but rooms were not the cleanest. Got a non-smoking room but still smelled and sheets didn’t feel clean. Overall ok, you get what you pay for. Not in the best area of town.
