Overall, this was a very good stay. The staff was friendly and honored a request for additional blankets and pillows within minutes. The pool was clean and a good temperature. The hot tub was clean and hot, but the jets would not turn on. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was not the most comfortable. When we arrived in the room the AC was on and it was cold, so I turned up the thermostat a degree just to cycle off the AC. Later in the night, despite turning the thermostat back down a couple degrees, it never felt that the AC cycled back on, so it got a bit warm for my comfort.
Of note, there is a Mexican restaurant across the street, Jalapeños. It was delicious and great service.

Clean, spacious rooms in a great location. Close to all the necessities. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast had a great variety and was kept well stocked. Staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

When I had requested a pack and play out in the room there was none put in.
In the bathroom it was not fully cleaned and only had two towels when I have two kids
Then in the bed there was a wire in the sheets from a previous stay? Obviously these sheets I slept in were never changed prior to my stay.

Location was convenient. The breakfast was very good: good options on breakfast choices. The room was very dirty: There was someone else’s hair on the floor of the bathroom, old food on the floor of the kitchen, the room was not cleaned properly overall. It’s under renovations, so there is dust and whatnot, but that is no excuse for the poor cleaning of the rooms people are staying in especially the price we pay.

This trip was for a family trip for my sister’s wedding. The hotel was only 20mins. away from the venue and in a perfect place. The location was great-close to the highways (295 and I-95) and conveniently located by gas stations, stores, and fast food restaurants.

We liked the check out was noon so that we didn’t have to rush on Sunday morning.

The property overall is very nice and quiet place to relax and kick back, but staff rude. No greeting when entering while looking directly in your face... Kids loved the pool though, thanks for our stay.

Hot tub wasn’t working the first 2 of 3 nights. Lukewarm showers the first 2 of 3 nights and the room smelled funny like intense.

There was sticky stuff stuck to the bedside table. Our feet stuck to the kitchenette floor. The sofabed had broken supports, rendering a pronounced tilt to it. The power in the bedroom/bath went out, leading to creepy showers in the dark, and uncharged devices. The breakfast offerings were quite good.

Hi class luxury in Chester VA. The fully equipped luxury suite will blow you away. That fireplace set the perfect mood on a cold November night. I really did not want to leave my room. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Super clean, very quiet, delicious breakfast and coffee. The staff was very friendly and extremely professional. I will defiantly return.

I had been to a wonderful Residence Inn in Joplin, Missouri years ago. This hotel matched it.
There is a basketball court near the front door, which signaled to me that you could relax here, even if you were here on business. That’s a nice message.

We loved the level of comfort and cleanliness as well as the staff’s friendliness and willingness to accommodate our wishes. An experience that will have us go back to Marriott properties before anywhere else.
