Found a hair ball and crumpled up garbage in our room. Too hot to sleep in as the air did not work properly. Lady at the front desk was not the nicest and not in a hurry to help you. The breakfast was delicious!!

Staff was nice, rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. Also, the breakfast was great.

The rooms and bathrooms need updating. Everything is old and outdated. The bathtub needs to be updated. The rooms smelled like wet carpet and the air was musty. Not pleasant stay. One of the rooms did not lock and was unlocked the whole time we were there. The receptionist said there was nothing she could do about that. Will never stay there again.

Aside from the things above, the free breakfast was a nice touch, however the dining area should stay open until at least 10 am especially since lunch is not served. Access to wi fi would be nice. The staff especially the cleaning crew, very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean however is in need of some repairs in the shower. The vents in the AC and ceiling needed cleaning, lots of build up dust for allergy sensitive guest. Refrigerator desperately needs defrosting. Ice machine on my floor wasn' t working, no sign indicating.Overall met expectation. Reasonably priced. Enjoyed stay and would recommend to family and friends.

Closet door was taped up, Clean sheets. The room door was hard to close and have it lock. We had to shut hard several times to get it to lock when going to dinner and breakfast. At breakfast, we asked where any salt and pepper was and the poor lady doing breakfast only had one pepper shaker in a drawer and no salt shaker for the whole dining room.

Hotel was just a little rough. Shower and sink didn’t drain, ice machines didn’t work, etc. The only front desk staff person running around property helping other guests (she was doing her best) during high traffic time so there was a wait to get checked in.

The dryer almost electrified me. Other than that the front desk was very rude to my guest because she couldn’t find her hotel key fast enough before they told her she should leave because they thought she was a homeless person hanging around. She tried hard to find her room key finding it was a two. Sided color and that was the confusion in her hand bag. She kept telling the guy in the from she was staying as a guest with her sister and I had to go down to help settle the situation. Other than that the pool area was great room was clean and quiet. We slept well. They con improved by better English in front desk for emergency situations but they understand fire and smoke and plug. Just not zapped electrical socket and electrical outlets. Someone did come up to the room to check and that was helpful so the next person don’t get hurt.

We visited Manhattan KS for a wedding. We chose a king room with a couch that pulled out to a bed. It was perfect for a quick trip with my husband and 2 kids, 13 & 9. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and felt like it was a safe area. It is close to Walmart and several restaurants. Would stay here again.

Mold in bathroom. A lot. No towels in room. Had to go back to front desk. Only one ice machine that worked.
