Nice large rooms. Perfect for my work trip as my company is located walking distance to the hotel. Would be nice if they had a shuttle to the Towne Center as they do not have a restaurant.
They have the train stop really close to the hotel - I have not used it but very convenient

My friend and I stayed this past weekend. The hotel staff was so nice with check in and any questions we had during our stay. We got a handicap accessible room due to having some health issues right now that require me to use a walker. The room was indeed accessible for myself. The room was clean and we enjoyed our stay there. We mentioned about maybe eventually going back because we enjoyed the room and hotel stay so much.

I specifically booked this hotel for the indoor pool which was listed as open. The pool was filthy with debris all on the bottom, it was not worth getting in. Terribly disappointed.
I paid over $350.00 for one night two room and the pool made this an overpriced event.

Missing an alarm clock, hand soap and shower gel. I asked about each twice with no solution. I expect more from Marriott.

They never brought new hand towels. I found that odd.
They never took out the trash.
The TV remote didn't work -- and I tried two.

The Residence Inn in Hunt Valley is our reliable go-to hotel for when we visit our family who live in the area. It has a convenient location, a spacious room that can accommodate 4 and has a small, well equipped kitchenette, per the usual Residence Inn’s clever lay-out. Staff are friendly and the communal space in the lobby is welcoming and lends itself to large gatherings of family or friends, with lots of nooks for smaller private parties. There’s also a nice patio space with tables and seating.

Booked this property because of the convenience of the indoor pool for my children. Was not advised that the pool was not operational during our stay. Was very disappointed and I would have booked a different hotel that had an operating pool.

Excellent room with all the conveniences of home. Very comfortable bed. Great location near Hunt Valley Shops and light rail service into Baltimore.
