The officer at the front desk was aware of ou booking. She insisted that I have no reservation although I had the itinerary regarding my payement. At the end, she was not still convinced.
The cleanliness was very poor. There were hair on the sheets and smoked cigarettes on the floor. I changed the sheets myself.
I believe, the whole facility requires a renewal

A unique boutique hotel. A great location. The staff were both very friendly and helpful. This was our second stay there and we will be back again.

Very friendly staff who was extremely patient and accommodating with our schedule changes. Reception, garden and grounds are very nice, great location. Mildew in bathroom due to leak (which they cleaned upon being asked) and slight lingering smoke smell in non-smoking room. Could use some TLC. Would go back, but inspect room first. Super nice people!!

We were given beds with used sheets, no breakfast buffet, only Turkish speaking staff... Very unfriendly... My daughter asked for hot water... They refused!!! No coffee for breakfast.. Only tea... We had to ask for toilet paper....

The hotel is situated in the old town of Tarsus. It is close to all the main historical sites. The building is very old as are the period houses around it. Some in better repair than others.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a good meal in the fish restaurant situated in the hotel's enclosed courtyard. We enjoyed the hotel for it's uniqueness and stayed an extra night.
