It took about an hour to check-in. We were tired from travel and it was really hard for us to check-in. The hotel was in the middle of the city, which would be good for those who travel without a car. I wouldn't recommend it if you have a car. Other than that, it was generally okay.

Note for improvement: he air conditioner is hard to set and I had a cold air over me because of that.

First, the staff went out of their way to give good service and to ask questions. So, the rating is NOT about any of the staff. The building itself is in poor condition, and it appears the owner spends only the minimum to provide a suitable room. Had I known that, I would have selected another hotel. An example: the shower stall floor is poorly constructed; water on the floor does not properly empty into the drain. I had to manually wipe the water towards the drain. The closet is nonexistent. I feel for the staff who work there and tried to help. The owners seem to not want to give the needed attention and investment in the building.
