Great stay in Heidelberg. Easily walkable to the Heidelberg Castle, Hauptstasse, Old Bridge and several shops and restaurants.

When paying hotel rates, I do expect clean towels when I throw them on the floor, - and I do at least expect they clean my room, - and make the bed. At this hotel they do not. Even when asking in reseption for new towels, no towels show up, before aksing again the day after. Only in very small letters on a card in the rom, they say we must before 06.00 AM (!!!), - tell if we want room cleaned during our 4 day stay. This is not god enough, - as a minimum we should have been told so by our check in. But climate or not, - a hotel room should be cleaned and bed maked. No save for climate not to make guests beds! Towels are more a choise if need new or not. The hotel policy here for a 4 star hotel, is so much to save money on less workers, - not for save climate. Breakfast is only average, missing fresh baguettes and bacon.

Very good family stay with two teenagers. Junior suite had clever sliding door and double access bathroom / toilet, which was perfect to give some privacy. Great location, and comfortable beds. Decent size fridge in room, and bar happy to provide plates / cutlery. Paid parking below hotel. Only issue was shower which flooded the bathroom, but fixed same day.

Lovely room. Comfy bed. Staff friendly at check in. Small bar in reception area and a lovely rooftop bar, which is part of the hotel but round the corner from reception. Excellent value for money. Heidelberg was a lovely place to visit too.

Very nice property with easy access to old town area. Buffet breakfast is excellent, as are the beds! Would be nice if cleaning staff would remember to leave coffee pods and water on a daily basis (yes, first world problems!)

Enjoyable stay for a night with my wife. Very nice room, clean and comfortable. Great location, walked to everything we did. Excellent breakfast which we booked included. Highly recommend.

The room was fine. The underground parking garage was difficult to navigate but better than nothing. We could not get WiFi and only had 1 towel but our stay was short and the bed was comfortable and clean.
