Very helpful receptionist on arrival with baggage storage, as we arrived early. The tram stop was quite near so no problem getting into town centre. Our room was a studio with facilities to cook and eat should we wish to.
The room was large and clean with on suite shower and the beds comfy. On a busy road, but not too noisy with window closed.

Hotel was clean and tidy! Appartment had everything you need for a short stay in Bordeaux. The temperature was very hot and the air con didn't do much to counter it, but certainly better than having none!

Conveniently located & close to tram. Small kitchenette which served the purpose (microwave, mini fridge & kettle). Sadly bed was 2 twins pushed together but it was worth it considering the price. Didn't drive so cannot comment on parking.

The apartment was great, very spacious and bright, it has good shower and nice small kitchen. What was really important that it has an air conditioner and it worked very good, as we stayed during the hottest days in July (+42 C). Check in and check out was very fast and easy. Stuff is helpful and seems to be very friendly.

We cancelled this hotel as we had all of our money and cards stolen in Barcelona. When I let these people know what did they do charged me for my stay! Accessed my bank account when I couldn’t absolute corruption!

The staff here truly was the best part about my stay. In particular, Gregory and Alexander (two of the front desk associates) went out of their way to make sure that I was accommodated when a personal, difficult, and unexpected situation arose during my stay. The compassion and customer service that both of these associates displayed was unbelievably amazing. While the room was clean and comfortable, I would have to say the best part of this stay was the customer service shown by the front desk associates.

My experience at this complex was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. A laundry facility is located on site, so you can easily wash your clothes. There were food outlets located nearby which made it easy to get lunch or dinner. Trams made it easy to get to and from the city. Some reviews said there are dodgy people around the area, however that was not the case and I didn't come across any. Only downside to this place is that you have to pay for your room to get clean and to get clean towels.

DO NOT GO HERE. Reasons:
First of all someone stole my lugguage case outside the parking lot as i was helping a friend car parking manual very very close by. Gone in 60 seconds. Literately.
Secondly, every morning and night there seems to be a bunch of shady local people hanging put the hotel lobby smoking. They looks like some kind of AA meetup and does not look like hotel guests. They occupy the lobby space anyway. Shady AF !!
Thirdly, Theres no towel change for 3 days atraight for all 4 of our rooms we need to request it like some kind of royal pardon to immates.
Forthly, parking is 19 Euros daily (once u reach 12 hrs) with NO in and out Privileges.
In Conclusion . AVOID AT ALL COST. Do not believe that 4.2 rating.
