It was a spacious suite and it had everything we would need for our 4 day stay. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The area was perfect as there were so many restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here if you go to Casco Viejo.

I had a perfect stay. If I could I would give 6 stars. I was friendly greeted by the staff and they even offered a free upgrade for me. The suite was absolutely wonderful and I had a comfortable and relaxing night there.

Suite rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The AC worked well and the front desk was very helpful. Description says it has a pool but it does not.

This property was excellent. It was charming and well equipped. The view from the balcony was great with a wonderful restaurant next door. The staff was helpful and attentive. Great location for walking to sights, dining and shopping. Great way to see Panamá City

La Isabela Suites is beautiful but we ran into several problems with our unit. There was no water! phone and iPod didn’t work to communicate that issue with concierge. I have to say that Jose was the most accommodating person I have ever seen. He was so helpful, kind, and patient to relocate us to different hotel. Because of Jose I am leaving a nice review.

This place is spectacular. 2 separate bedrooms, 2 baths, and a full kitchen with a living room, not to mention a balcony overlooking the street and a beautiful shared courtyard along the side of the suite! And Jose was fantastic checking us in, giving us great suggestions for things to do in this historic district (Casco Viejo). This was our lodging for our last night in Panama, and it was truly the icing on the cake for a great vacation. Hopefully we make it back to Panama many more times, and if we do, we'll stay at La Isabela each time and for way more than one night.

Wonderful property. The main building is in the perfect location. Very close to excellent restaurants, the museums, and great shopping. So happy that I stayed in the Casco Viejo area. . .what a great experience. I was traveling alone and felt very safe in the area. My room was exceptional. Spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. Management was extremely accommodating when we ran into some challenges in checkin and with the air conditioning. The rooms were funky and idiosyncratic in a good way. I’d stay again.

We would definitely recommend La Isabela to anyone looking to stay in Casco Viejo. The attention to detail from the fellows at the desk was outstanding. They went over and above to help us out during our stay. The suite was lovely and quiet. Beds are quite comfortable as well.

The two bathrooms were clean and large and all rooms were beautifully decorated. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and arranged a day tour for us. La IsabelaSuites exceeded our expectations! It was huge, had a wonderful view, was beautifully decorated and so clean! The staff was excellent and very helpful. We would recommend staying here to anyone! We truly enjoyed our suite.

The hotel is in the middle of old city, Panama, walking distance to many cafés and restaurants. Our two bedroom suite was gigantic, and in very good shape. My only warning to anybody with mobility issues is that there is no elevator but to me it was not an issue. I will give six stars if I could. Highly recommend without reservations.
