Good placement by the fisher port of Gandia with the typical and tourist services. Free park in the same area. Peaceful to walk. Hugo Beach is aligned with the two stars category.

Friendly and helpful staff and hotel is clean and well located. But the room was very small and it was impossible to sleep due to a noisy machine that ran all night long, as well as the springs sticking up from the mattress.

The room was cleaned daily and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The only things that stopped us giving excellent reviews was noise from other visitors and the size of the shower. overall we enjoyed or stay.

When we checked in we were handed a single blue towel each, a remote control and a key to the room!. We opened the door of the room and the smell of stale smoke was disgusting. We couldnt turn on the lights because the electricity was switched off at the wall! We had to figure out how to turn it on. The covers on the bed although laundered still had old stains on them which was very off putting. The furniture was well worn but the room was clean. The receptionist was a young gentlemen wearing a t shirt and ripped jeans and was happy to stand outside the front door smoking. But he was very friendly.

Very disappointing experience. The beds are terrible hard to lay on. The bathroom was not clean. Hair and filth everywhere. No hot water either. Not worth the money.
