One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in.clean, comfortable and location was perfect in centre of tours. Tram was short distance away and supermarket ,shops an restaurants all within close proximity,
Nothing was trouble to the staff and itfelt more like a hotel vibe than a hostel. The beds were excellent and comfy and wash facilities an toilet in your room.
Great outside area at the back of hostel to socialise,eat food or just chill with a drink.
Would highly recommend this place to all age groups.

Clean rooms and friendly staff, but the fact that you have to hand over your bank card to the staff is completely unacceptable, especially considering other hostels in the same chain do not request it.

Very good value hostel / hotel, we stayed one night in a private bedroom that was clean and had everything we needed. The elevator was not working the day we were there (it was being fixed), but the staff apologized profusely and allowed a very early check-in so we were happy anyway. Note the hotel offers secure bike-storage free of charge, and you just need to drop your key on the way out for check-out, both of which were convenient for us since we were doing the Loire a velo. Would definitely stay here again, especially if travelling by bike.
