The pool and hot tub situation is not good; they need to implement an "adult hour" or something because there were small children jumping in and out of the pool and hot tub for hours preventing adults from enjoying this amenity.
They need more transport to the beach; the wait time to and from is too long.
Check in is confusing because if you enter next to the valet area, which is the most natural thing to do, as the door is right there, it's hard to find the reception area; they need signage or a person there to direct guests; it's not conducive to check in, and it's a bad first impression.

Place to stay in Stone Harbor. Park your car and everything is in walking distance. Rooms are clean and modern. Coffee maker in room. Good tv. Lobby nice and clean. Good bar.

upon check in, they told us we were upgraded, but the "upgraded" room had a queen bed and we had booked a king bed.
They then delayed us about 30 min before putting us in a "standard" king room which we ordered.
