The Eagle chalet has an ideal geographical location, both in winter and for the summer season. It is located in the highly sought-after residential area of Gibannaz in Les Gets, 50 meters from the La Gentiane ski slope, which leads to the village and the start of the main ski lifts. Departure and return to the chalet are therefore done on skis thanks to this slope of medium difficulty (blue level), which is very practical even with children.
The chalet is also located less than 5 minutes walk from Lac des Ecoles and its many outdoor activities: swimming, inflatable water games, children's play areas, pump track for bicycles, multi-sports fields and beach volleyball, fitness modules, large grass beach, self-service barbecue, picnic and ping-pong tables, etc.
The center of the village resort and all its shops (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, sports stores, etc.) are less than 2 km away.
Completely renovated in 2018, this magnificent individual chalet which can accommodate up to 15 people is equipped with high-end materials, which give it a very cozy atmosphere.
Raised on 3 levels and with a total floor area of 212m², it is organized as follows:
- Ground floor: large entrance with large adjoining ski room, garage with storage, laundry room (washing machine and dryer), dormitory with 7 beds, bathroom and separate toilet.
- 1st floor: the living room occupies this entire level with a large living room with fireplace, a large fully equipped open kitchen and a beautiful space for eating meals.
The large bay windows offer a breathtaking view of the slopes and the surrounding mountains (notably Mont-Chéry and the Pic du Marcelly) and give access to a long balcony.
On this same level there is also a TV lounge and separate toilets.
- 2nd floor: 4 large double bedrooms, all with large storage cupboards and their en-suite shower room, occupy the top level of the chalet.
Two of them have a large French window opening onto a balcony and offering a clear view of the slopes and the valley.
Separate toilets are also located on this landing.
