Enjoy panoramic nearly circumferential lake views from this single floor, 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom vacation home situated on a Lake Hamilton peninsula. With a brand new Cool-deck composite deck swimming platform on one side and a new pool and hot tub on the other, this 3,900-square-foot home is an ideal Hot Springs retreat for up to 14 guests. Multiple indoor and outdoor living areas ensure there’s room for everyone. You won’t need to leave. Spend your time swimming, boating, or just relaxing. Plan an excursion for hiking, at local bathhouses for a spa day, golfing, or in downtown Hot Springs less than 10 miles away.
NOTE:
Pool will be scheduled to open from mid-March through the end of October barring atypical weather extremes. Pool may be heated for additional fee in the spring and fall if temperatures allow. If you choose to heat the pool we will turn the heater on prior to your arrival of the day you check in and turn the heater off around bedtime the last night of your stay. The heater will be set at 85 degrees and will run continuously unless the temperature reaches 85 degrees. Our pool heater is an electric heat pump and will not work with maximum efficiency unless the air temperatures are 60 degrees or more so forecasted temperatures should be considered. We would highly recommend that you look at the forecast for your stay and decide if you would like to heat the pool close to the time of your stay.

Brain (owner) was extremely helpful when we rebooked with him due to the house selling. The house is well kept and decorated. We were delightfully surprised at the numerous amenities that were in the house for us to use. We were outside on the dock or at the pool everyday. What a treat for us to enjoy. We will definitely come back.

The house if beautiful and had plenty of room for all 12 of us. We had so much fun boating on the lake and swimming in the pool with the amazing views. I can truly say that everyone in my party had a blast and would defiantly stay here again. Bryan was an wonderful host.

6 ladies, 70 plus years old, friends from HS had a wonderful time. Property changed hands recently and Brian is just as excellent a host as Jennifer and Eric. Property is beautiful, well kept and has everything you need or want. Private pool is the best! Views are spectacular! Thinking about booking again next year!

The home is beautiful and definitely met our expectations and then some. There were 9 of us, 6 adults and 3 children. The house afforded everyone privacy with 5 bedrooms and bathrooms. It also had spaces large enough to gather for meals, games, or just to relax. Pool was great, the lake is beautiful, and the location is peaceful. We had a couple of minor issues when we arrived and the owner took care of them immediately.Would definitely recommend!

Best time ever!!! My first time to try this type of arrangement, but my children had stayed at other vrbos and could not believe how awesome this home was!!! It has everything and I mean everything you need.....I had loaded my car after hearing stories from friends....nothing was needed.......Everyone had so much fun with the 3 kayaks and 2 paddle boards ....if the olympics had not been on the tv's would not have been used......this home is in an awesome area....so just sit on the deck and enjoy....you will not regret a stay here....really mere words can not express how great the home is and Brian the host is just as awesome!!!!!!!!

We had a group of 15 family members arr we some time was had by all. Rented a Boat the house had paddle boards and Kaykas. Pool was wonderful the littles enjoyed while big ones tubed .kitchen was well stocked , ice machine and extra refridge was great . Brian was awesome to deal with .thank you for sharing . Only thing I’d say is add a umberall to the dock to enjoy some shade a little sooner we liked setting out there . Debbie H.

I think we all had a great time. Lots of things to do with the kayaks, paddleboards and the pool. Some fishing and Also enjoyed fireworks on the lake. Thx from all of us!

Inside of the house was comfortable and met our needs. The outside of the house was a different story. The kayaks had to be cleaned and were not under the large deck. The large deck has soft spots in it and caused fear of falling through. Several outside chairs were in disrepair. Screen room was filled with live and dead bugs and we did not use the room. Trash cans were full and overflowing at arrival. Another area that might need some attention is there are several nails on the inside walls that had nothing on them. Items fell off the wall when we entered the house and when we close the fridge raider door. The large living room accommodated our family well. The ice machine and extra refrigerators were a huge bonus. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This place is straight up awesome. We had a group of 12 from kids to grandparents. The layout is great. Bedrooms are spread out, not sharing a single wall. The house has EVERYTHING, including a great ice maker which we used a lot. Kitchen is perfectly stocked, it had everything we needed to cook for the group.
The lake was great. It was not crowded, it was beautiful and there are endless places to explore if you have a boat. There is a ton of room to pull a tube right in sight of the house. We did this twice a day every day for hours. Kids loved it. There is a great sandbar just a few hundred yards from the dock. Water is 2-3' and we would just hang out there a lot. Other boaters were very friendly, some were renters, so I know you can rent a boat if needed. There are a few restaurants you can boat to (Bubba's was great). There is fuel on the lake.
Pool is great and clean. The back deck is huge. The master bedroom is huge with a walk out screened in porch adjoining. Four of five bedrooms are ensuite. The 5th bedroom has the bathroom straight across the hall. The kids room was giant with 4 great sized beds.
Excellent communications with the owner, though we really didn't need anything.

This is the best location in the neighborhood. We were surrounded by water in the peninsula. It was so perfect being able to see the lake from the pool and having the deck over the lake. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. It had everything we needed. The owner was very informative and we had no issues. This was absolutely an amazing experience for our family, kids and adults alike. I must add the beds and furniture was all so comfortable unlike some places we have stayed. The kids room was so cute and we loved the nostalgia. We definitely hope to go back in the future.

There were 11 of us: adults, teens and an infant. The house was so roomy and comfortable. Beautiful kitchen! We loved that we had the pool on one side and the deck on the other. Had your choice of sun or shade all day. Excellent location. This part of the lake is much quieter. Less boat traffic. The host was awesome! Look forward to visiting again!!!

This is the third year our group of friends have stayed in this home and we will go back again in 2025. We loved the renovated kitchen!! Our group is large and the one level home suits our needs with plenty of bedrooms and baths. The panoramic views of the lake are beautiful and restful. This is a high-end home that looks like something out of Architectural Digest magazine. The host is the best, and she communicates with you if needed. The home is very organized and has everything you need. The pictures don't do the home justice as the lake is so beautiful from three sides of the property.

My parents wanted a house where the whole family could be together for a week. There are 4 families total, including my parents and the families of each of their 3 kids (14 people total; 9 adults and 5 kids). The house was wonderful. The pool was perfect for kids (and adults) to play in. The house has huge living areas where everyone can be together for games, dinners, etc., but the bedrooms are also perfect for each family to have a space of their own, and the kids can share the "kids room" for sleeping. The kayaks and paddleboards were great to have available. We brought a couple of kayaks of our own as well and rented a boat for two days of tubing and kneeboarding. That was a blast and very convenient with the property's dock. The property has everything you could want with regards to kitchen items, towels, and the initial conveniences needed for everyday living. The extra ice machine and refrigerators and freezers make it a perfect place for larger family gatherings.
Bugs are prevalent and a little annoying, but they don't bite and were just a very minor inconvenience. We would definitely stay again!

This was our third year in a row to spend a week at this amazing property. 8 adults and 4 teens. We love the pool, swim dock, fishing, kayaks and SUPs. So fun just to catch/release sunfish and bluegill. Sunroom is perfect for morning coffee or being in the shade while the kids swim. Wonderful common areas and well equipped kitchen. Extra fridge in garage is awesome for big groups.

Everything was exactly as it appears online. The house has everything you could possibly need or want and the property is stunning. We encountered one problem with the gas stove/oven running out of gas so we couldn't cook, but the owner responded quickly. There were 10 of us total and everyone had their own bed and bath and no one was disappointed! Forever memories made and we definitely will book again!!

This beautiful waterfront home was perfect for our family vacation! The three sides of water and overlooking pool set a lovely view and stage for relaxation and fun. Every room was fully equipped and exactly as described. The well-stocked kitchen made cooking for our crowd a cinch. My husband and I along with our parents and our four young adult children would love to return.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful property with plenty of spread-out, relaxing space for our nine adults. Parking wasn't an issue (we had 3 trucks and a car). We ate at some nice restaurants, and also enjoyed some home-cooked meals with the generous kitchen and dining room. The weather didn't cooperate too well for us, but that hardly mattered- we still found plenty to do in the area. We all agreed we would pick this house again, if ever we come back to Hot Springs!

The property owner went over and beyond in providing some ADA equipment for one of our guests. The location is beautiful, the weather was perfect. The amenities allowed our group plenty of room for privacy, playing dominos, fishing off the dock, and even going to the races. Our host was exceptional and we felt so at home. Everything about the property was as advertised. Although we did not use the pool, it was so relaxing to sit outside and enjoy the view. Definitely a return visit. Spent a great deal of time on the back deck just enjoying the water vew. Lovely home.

This house was just as pictured in the listing… plenty of room for our group of 8, with plenty of bedrooms and even one bathroom per bedroom, which is always such a bonus! The dock, pool and lake view just really was the icing on the cake! Owner was also very available in communication. Definitely would recommend!
