It is a very nice apartment. It has everything. Very clean with 2 bathrooms complete with spacious showers and another toilet upstairs. There are 2 flight of steps. The 1st up is where the bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms are and another flight of steps up there is a spacious living room complete with everything and also the terrace with it. Very nice room indeed to relax, watch tv, kitchen with all you need. 1 minute walk and you will be in the center where you will find restaurants, bars, mini market etc etc.

The location is good, near the center of town. The kitchen is well equipped.

Although clean and functional, the apartment feels impersonal. Reverse living wth the kitchen and living room on the 2nf floor is less convenient than most. Bedrooms are on the first floor and the stairs are steep.

technical glitches

Solid apartment in the heart of Marina di Ragusa. Spacious rooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, huge roof terrace. It has all you need both for short or long stay. Free parking just at the entrance. Grocery store literally 7 steps from the apartment. Bakery 1 min away. Big supermarket 10 min walk. Restaurants 2 min away. All close and cozy. There is church near by that rings its bells every hour during the day, but it doesn't disturb. Overall we were very satisfied.

The apartment needs some pampering. Broke locker in one of bathrooms, loud AC that could be easily fixed, shower handset that needs replacement. Small details that could improve the overall impression and satisfaction from the stay

Large very well equipped multilevel house. Great terrace with furniture Great equipment including dishwasher and washing machine.with soap provided. Even food provided for a first meal Comfortable beds. Quiet location but near to the main square and beach. Beach chairs provided.

One or two things need fixing

well appointed spacious maisonette apartment with great outside space on roof terrace, three large double bedrooms with access to balcony. Good bathroom facilities. Perfect for short stays

there’s nothing negative to report! a few bits of attention needed for instance shower head and kitchen power unit needs replacing

This was a great place to stay for one night on our cycle tour of SE Sicily. Large apartment with plenty of room to make ourselves comfortable and self-cater. Supermarket nearby. Ideal for our 'Montalbano' visit to Punta Secca along the coast. Good communication with host.
