The Sally Webster Inn was cozy, clean and comfortable. The rooms were beautifully decorated and continental breakfast was delivered to the room. The Inn is only a 10 minute walk from town. We had an excellent stay.

The room was very comfortable, everything worked well. The breakfast at 8am was very nice, as was the Keurig-style coffeemaker in the room. The location is great, about a 10-minute walk to the shops/beaches/restaurants. Having reserved parking right next to the Inn is very convenient. Marshall was very helpful. We were in the Anne Bonny room which is on the 1st floor (no having to climb stairs!), but it looks into the street so we kept our curtains closed. We will be back to Sally Webster on our next trip to Rockport.

We moved in for four nights and had a wonderful stay! Gorgeous redesigned inn with so much comfort and style! Loved the look, location and comfort. The room was beautiful and spotless, spacious tiled bathroom and the breakfasts delivered each morning were yummy! Enjoyed listening to a vintage album in the stylish living room. We walked to Bearskin Neck, Motif #1, the town and drove all over exploring Rockport, Gloucester and Essex. So much history, architecture and roads that all lead to stunning views and gorgeous photography!. The only disappointment was that the hydrangeas were not blooming yet - but the plants were covered with hundreds of buds!

Our stay was wonderful. The location was great - walking distance to the waterfront, main shops and attractions. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast automatically delivered to our room every morning was a real treat. We would stay there again and recommend it to all travelers.

The Sally Webster Inn was perfect for our weekend getaway. We stayed in the signature room and it was colorful, welcoming, and spacious for the two of us. Things to note: Bed very comfortable, location perfect to walk to town and the charm of Rockport. Easy to park in back and leave your car. We recommend going to Gloucester downtown and take in a harbor tour (we had Steve and he was fabulous) stopped in Rocky neck (artist knook and great bar with 45 wine selections). Enjoy the small indoor sitting area @ Sally’s ~ I read my kindle and listened to a record on the Victrola player. The pictures are exactly how it looks. Finally the breakfast brought to your door each morning was a nice touch. One of my husband’s favorite amenities. It’s an old Inn with quirks and a couple of tight spots, but expected. You’ll find this in the restaurants too. Follow their instructions and let go of time and just be for your stay. our no agenda plan was the best and we met soooo many wonderful people. I highly recommend this Inn! We will be back.

This was such a beautiful stay! The room and house was lovely. Extremely close to the Main Street of Rockport and a stunning space. Marshall went above and beyond to make our stay great.

Barking dog on the property, beginning early and continuing all morning Sunday--beginning very early--ruined what should have been my second leisurely, restful morning of the weekend.

It was an easy (less than 10 min) walk to T wharf and Bearhskin cove. Bring a flashlight if walking on a moonless night. It seems odd not to have staff greet you, but all worked out fine. Left the car in their lot and walked to restaurants, etc. No need to keep looking for parking.

This inn is adequate for a one-night stay. Rooms and bathrooms especially are small, with little space for your belongings. We stayed in the Sadie the Goat Room and the fireplace mantel is dangerously positioned (sticks out) next to the bathroom door. We and another couple we traveled with) all had head encounters with this mantel. Breakfast delivered to your room in a bag, which you could eat in your room or in our case we used the small reception room downstairs, which was nice but not ideally set up for eating. Bed was comfortable, but room was quite warm with no obvious way to adjust that.
