Commuting is a breeze with the Northgate Light Rail station only 1 mile away and Rapid Ride Bus line a 5 minute walk. Link Light Rail provides quick trips to University of Washington, downtown, Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park and the Seattle-Tacoma Airport. Sea-Tac is 15-20 minutes by car and 45 minutes by Light Rail with a mere cost of $3.50 and trains that run every 8 minutes.

This peaceful home is part of a separated duplex, offering a private and comfortable space for you to enjoy and relax. Each unit features its own entrance, as well as separate BBQ and outdoor living areas, ensuring you have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. You’ll have all the privacy you need, while also enjoying the tranquil ambiance of the neighborhood, yard and creek. We have a shared yard for recreation & relaxation, dogs, and children. Additional pet policies apply and proof of vaccination/flea & tick protection will be required prior to stay.
We are dedicated to offering a comfortable and natural environment for all our visitors. Please note that some of our bedding contains down feathers, and our decor' includes natural elements. Because we are a natural environment, animals and insects can we seen on occasion. We have professional, environmentally friendly, pest control services monthly.
We support eco-friendly, sustainable, and environmentally-considerate purchases and practices wherever possible. We forgo single-use items such as Keurig coffee pods, use Brita pitchers for filtered water, and recycle extensively.

This property is perfect for anyone wanting a quiet environment in an urban setting. The owner has made sure there are lots of the little things (plush robes, charging cords, sleep masks) to make you feel pampered during your stay. The property is in a quiet neighborhood with the woods in your backyard if you are interested in a nature walk. Groceries and other stores just a short walk away.
