This is a vacation ownership resort where we have weekly intervals and require a 6 night minimum stay. Most weeks but not all we offer a 7% discount for the full week.

No mid-stay housekeeping will be provided for stays of 7 nights or less. A complimentary cleaning will be provided on stays of 8 nights or longer. The following fees will be charges for guests requesting the following services during their stay: Linen change: $30, Tidy clean: $50, Full clean: $105 (subject to change).
