Lovely accomodation, excellent recommendation for those looking for a nice place to stay in Split. Our host (Sandra) was really helpful and very nice to talk too. We got lots of recommendations for restaurants, trips and beaches and she even helped us out with a last minute taxi towards the airport. The location is absolutely prestige, you have a supermarket and bakery not even 2 min away from the building and within 5-10 minutes you are in the city centre of Split. Also the busses for most trips and in general are just around the corner. All in all we had a wonderful experience and we hope to comeback in the future.

Such a perfect apartment for our one night in Split. Great communication to make sure we arrived and were welcomed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom felt luxurious. Would definitely book again!

Sara was amazing. She was able to accommodate the extra ppl traveling with me. The rooms clean like a 5 star hotel. She also arranged transportation for us both ways. Communication was spot on with her. Loved staying here

Amazing location to old town, all walking distance. Host Sandra is extremely helpful and very informative. If travelling by car, parking is very accessible at Euro10 per day.

Sandra was a great host - we got a flat tire on our way to the accommodation and she was very patient in her communications and waited for us to arrive. She also sent us a list of recommendations for booking activities and restaurants which was really useful.
The room itself was very spacious, clean and well maintained. The location was great too, being opposite a supermarket and less than a 10-minute walk to the centre.
Would highly recommend staying here!

Facilities were lovely with plenty of room for our stay. Communication with Sandra was excellent, she was there to meet us and very helpful with advice and tips and a complimentary bottle of wine. The Double Deluxe Room with Balcony was an amazing find for our 4 night stay in Split! The location was ideal- walking distance to everything but just far enough from the center that you don’t feel crowded. There is a grocery store across the street and dozens of delicious restaurants within a few minutes walk. The room was immaculately clean and spacious. and the little balcony was perfect for morning coffee or evening (and afternoon!) wine. The little fridge was nice for leftovers and beverages and the wine glasses, wine opener and a coffee set up was a welcome treat! Even thought there were other apartments on our floor, we never had any issues with noise. The bed was super comfortable and I was thankful for the large bathroom with all its counter space. The balcony had a line dry setup which came in really handy as we were still awaiting our luggage so that was a huge plus for us! Sandra the apartment manager was incredibly kind and helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Her love for her city and her love of people was so genuine and she really made our stay extra wonderful with her restaurant recommendations and insights into local attractions. Could not have been happier with the experience!

We were met by the host Sandra who gave us plenty of tips of things to do and places to visit. The room was really clean, great AC, it was quiet, and really close to the city center of Split! Would recommend it to anyone!

Centrally located and the room was beautifully updated and comfortable. Plenty of space and a very charming little patio. Our host was very helpful and communicative! We loved our stay here and would highly recommend.

The room was very white washed and very clean. There was some noice from the street but it did not bother us that much.
