The room had no window and I guess the door to the room hadn't been opened in a while, it smelt very stale. On the upside it was a cheap room next to the tica bus station so was ok for a night.

The hotel is very close of the Mall and Tica bus, breakfast was good and staff was very Polite, what I like the most was the cleaning in rooms and it has Air condition.

I reserved a room there for my wife and her son. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the service was excellent. It was quiet and peaceful, and a great stay for the night.

the hotel was ok, staff was nice, but the main reason I booked the hotel was it was cheap, and they offered airport shuttle. the shuttle should be removed from the listing, as its not offered, I had to take a taxi both ways. I emailed the hotel 2 days early to arrange shuttle from airport, and never got a reply.

Stuff is friendly .respecfull and kind. Free parking and free wifi. Breakfast is ok.

Staffs are helpful. Friendly. Neighbourhood suck. It worth the price. Why they don't provide shampoo and enough shower soap? Overall, everything are fine only if you careful. Don't go out at night.

i stayed here over a week. it is a nice, cozy, quiet place. staff verv nice to all. affordable hotel. affordable taxis to everywhere. good breakfast.

if there is a 0 star,this inn deserves it.there was no hot water at all,found roaches,faucet was unsteady.for i hour there was a brownout/.no back up power.when,i requested to check at 2 pm,since i checked in at 10 pm,female attendant said,i will be charge extra or remove my luggages from the room.i ddint even eat their supposed to be free breakfast at all.just no guest freindly inn.terrible location.even,if the mgmt will offer me complimentary stay next time,i will politely decline it.everyday,they remind me to pay my remaining bill.they charged me extra $2 ,from what was mentioned in the receipt.expedia should remove this merchant from their website.i believed i was the only guest in this inn.
