Home was as advertised, very nice location, could get everywhere. Also super walkable for coffee and cocktails. There are several midrange restaurants that are also very walkable. Overall great spot!

I've been using vrbos for the past 3-4 years, and this was the first time I was initially disappointed. We arrived and the house was a mess. There apparently was a 'mix up' with the schedule and housekeeping hadn't cleaned up after the last guest. We couldn't believe it. Sheets and pillows on the floor, trash cans and refrigerator full, and the commodes were filthy. We were finally able to reach the owners after 30 min(vrbo headquarters was worthless), and they genuinely were as shocked and disappointed as we were. They quickly called their housekeeper and she was there within minutes. The house was cleaned nicely and we were finally able to start our vacation 3 hrs later. Fortunately, they credited us one nights lodging - so that helped. We only had one other issue (master bath commode got stuck, but again, they were very apologetic and quick to remedy the situation - their handyman arrived within half an hour.
All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay, despite the initial setbacks. The owners were very nice and easy to reach and work with. We understand 'things' happen, and were just glad the owners quickly took care of the problems.

I rate the accommodations as excellent. The service and contacts before arriving were outstanding and informative and helpful. When we arrived, everything was as represented. There were no negative surprises. In fact, we were surprised how clean and tidy everything was. It was a rewarding trip. Even the weather and snow conditions were cooperative with 12 - 14 inches of new snow followed by several days of sunshine and blue skies. It was perfect. Thank you. We will probably book again next year.

This townhouse was immaculate. I have stayed in a lot of rental homes and this place was one of the very nicest. The location is great with the bus just steps from the front door. The hot tub was clean and well kept. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 4 had everything we needed in this upscale condo. We visit every year during ski season and this was the best unit we've stayed in by far. It's very nicely decorated with functional layout for kitchen, sleeping arrangements, and storing ski gear. Fireplace and hot tub were easy to use. Having a door right into the garage was nice in the cold weather and the small driveway was shoveled/salted when it snowed overnight. Instructions for the internet and other features were printed out and readily available in the unit. The owner also emailed them in advance and was very responsive to the couple questions I had. Highly recommend!!!

We have been coming to Park City for the last 7 years and this was one of the best properties we've stayed in. Chris was super easy to work with and attentive. The townhouse is really nice quality, comfortable and in a great location. We liked that we could walk to restaurants, shops and entertainment. Grocery stores were right around the corner and it was super convenient to Salt Lake City. A quick drive and you could be at the Canyons, Park City or Deer Valley for a fun day of activity. Hot tub was great too! Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful and comfortable condo in the heart of the Kimball Junction/New Park area. You couldn't ask for a better location or a more comfortable condo to enjoy them from. I definitely recommend this condo for a short or long term stay!

I lived here from June 1st to November 2nd. This place was by far the greatest place I have rented. The location was great being on the path with access to so many trails in Park City. In addition, the restaurants, movie theatre, Whole Foods, shopping and Starbucks were all within walking distance. The condo was very cozy, clean and had all the amenities needed. The hot tub was a huge bonus. Garage was nice with extra storage to store all of your summer and winter toys. Landlords were great and easy to deal with. I highly recommend renting this unit for vacation needs. You won't regret it.

We really enjoyed our week at Chris's condo. Furnishings were awesome and kitchen was well stocked for meals in. I really enjoyed that I could walk to get my coffee every morning. Park City Roasters is great for local coffee hang out. Otherwise there is a starbucks right there as well. We also walked for our groceries to Whole Foods and Smiths. It was actually easier to walk then drive as it does get conjested in that area. We have stayed in Park City proper past years as well and we really enjoyed being out in the 'burbs just as much. No need for car as you are on the bus line and its walking distance to groceries and restaurants. There is a hot tub as well. Its a little small but does the job for soar muscles after a day skiing. You are next to the Newpark Hotel pool so you do get some noise but its minimal. I would of loved to have access to their pool as some condo's do. We did get a punch card to the rec center which is a 2 minute walk so we could get our work outs in as well. Great paths all over for walking in this area. Chris was great to work with so highly recommend his condo for a great Park City vacation.

We loved staying in this condo! It was exceptionally clean with great decorating, and the owner was very easy to work with. The location is perfect, with a wide range of restaurants, a ski rental shop and grocery stores within steps of the condo, yet it overlooks a peaceful nature preserve. We especially appreciated the garage for storing our ski gear. Having a washer and dryer on the second level by the bedrooms was convenient and meant we didn't have to pack as many clothes. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat. P.S. Don't miss Maxwell's located right around the corner from the condo for the best pizza you've ever eaten -- and for dessert, try the freshly baked warm chocolate chip cookie with ice cream.

I'll make this quick. In a nutshell you can't beat the value, location, size and amenities of this condo. Steps from WholeFoods, great restaurants and one of the only liquor stores in Park City, garage, personal hot tub, Nest heating system and gas fireplace to keep you extra warm! This has everything you need at the right price.
Highly recommend staying here, especially if you plan on exploring other mountains in the Cottonwood Canyons because it's so close to 80.
