Welcome to your cozy Bristol, TN hideaway! This charming retreat offers a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for any getaway. The space is a 1 bedroom apartment in a historic home that has been remodeled. There are two other long term apartments in the home but all units are privately accessed.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment with a private coded entrance. The front porch lounge space is the only shared space with other tenants at the property.

Guests may communicate with us via text or the booking channel. There will be a slower response time with phone calls. If there is an emergency affecting a person's safety guests should call 911 and contact us once everyone is safe.

Located close to downtown Bristol, you'll have easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether you're here to explore the vibrant music scene or simply unwind in a tranquil setting, our charming retreat has everything you need for a memorable stay.

Uber/Lyft rides are available. Public transportation is limited otherwise.

The unit is self-checkin and guests will be provided with a code and instructions exactly 24 hours before check-in. So if your check-in time is 4 p.m. on Friday you will receive instructions at 4 p.m. on Thursday. The cleaning fee includes bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, makeup removal cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen towels, hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, face tissue, and laundry detergent. The cleaners will leave a starter supply of all of these items but they are not replenished during the stay. All discounts available are included in the pricing you see on the booking channel. Discounts for long-term stays are automatically calculated when you choose the dates you would like to stay.
