Wonderful condo. The view couldn’t be beat watching the sunset every night was the highlight of my entire trip. Definitely will go again.

Being ocean front was amazing! Was able to enjoy the sound of the waves and sunsets. No beach right out front but off to both sides. Nice pool. Friendly, helpful staff.

We had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed having the pool right there and the ocean view. Sometimes the waves were very loud just turned up the music and put on my headphones. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The front desk was helpful. The property was doing a little construction. But everything was working fine. Good laundry facility too and location so convenient to great cinnamon rolls and food trucks. (Papi OHANA) We enjoyed hearing the music from the resort next-door

What an amazing, peaceful efficiency this was. Anything we could possibly need was in this unit, including books to read while relaxing on the balcony or by the pool. We can't wait to come back!

Location of the unit was exceptional with two huge balconies on the corner very close to the water. Decor is very dated and needs updating.

Staff was always friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. Check in after hours was a breeze. Cool pool area we never used. Parking was always available no matter when we got back and free. Nice convenient area. Food truck courtyard looked interesting but never could find the entrance will definitely stay here again

Wonderful view of the ocean, the whales, the turtles & the Hawaiian sea monk; not too crowded beach area. Very appreciative of the amenities including binoculars, beach chairs, towel & umbrella. Love the bamboo sliding shade instead of cloth curtain!

Truly ocean front property. The waves crash only feet from the building and there is no real beach in front of the unit, so very quiet.

We just got back from a 14 night stay at the Maui Kai and will absolutely go back! Each unit whether it is a studio, 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom are all ocean front and have a lanai. We watched the whales jump and play as it is currently whale season from November to March. Turtles also are right in front of the property and are visible every day. There is a great little beach to the side of the property that sunset can be watched at, is swim-able and lots of people snorkeled from. The front office people were very responsive and helpful. Thank you to all! The pool and hot tub are in great condition and we used them every day. Especially if the wind is whipping up and sand is flying! Thank you Maui Kai for the perfect location and amenities for our trip and we look forward to seeing you next year!

Great location in North Kaanapali. You can't be closer to the water! Easy to watch life unfold on the ocean everyday with incredible views from Lanai to Molokai and more. Walk or run on the beach or beach boardwalk for what seems like forever and stop to snorkel, snack, dine, relax!

the view from the lanai was great. . as for the property the return vent was rusted, the hood range didn't work and was also rusted. Paint was peeling from the cabinet doors and the drawers. A couple of ceiling fans would have made things a lot more comfortable without having to run the air conditioner so hard.

Our first time to Maui, we loved it! Maui Kai was peaceful and ease of use is fantastic. Looking forward to our return trip.
