Location and friendly staff.

Hotel Borgia never fails to please. Wonderful location for Gandia and surrounding attractions. Gandia Playa just 10 mins drive away. On site parking really really useful. Staff endlessly helpful and kind. Nice breakfast and bar. Meals good too. There can be noise from surrounding rooms and from traffic but no worse than any other hotel in Spain. Really recommend this lovely hotel and all its staff.

It was clean and staff were helpful. The food (menu for dinner) was worth 12€ and was a complete course. Located at the Center. Wifi was slow though.

Turned out to be a perfect choice for my needs. Parking on the hotel complex, easy access in and out, helpful and friendly service particularly at the bar. Cleanliness and observance of pandemic rules was 100% apart from once for an older woman at the bar who I called 'the mayoress' as I think she was an owner or local figure. She sat at the bar unmasked and unchallenged. Quite annoying but I kept my distance. Overall I loved it and would return for sure next time I am in the area.

Very good central position in Gandia. Private parking available at €7-10 a night. Overall very good. There is some traffic noise if your room is at the front, mainly from night time refuse collection lorries. Little sound insulation between rooms if you have noisy neighbour's, bur that's standard for Spain. No worse than most others. Very good location for walking to local shops and bars, 10 mins in car from glorious Gandia Playa. Nice bar and restaurant. Good food until late on. Staff are endlessly helpful and polite. This hotel is virtually 4 star status. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The bedroom and en suite were above average and the breakfast choice/quality was excellent. I have stayed there twice and would thoroughly recommend it.
