Took a chance on having no idea what to do or where to stay. Found this place and it didn’t disappoint! First off, Nicolas is the best host we have ever experienced. Seriously cannot thank him enough for taking care of my family. Answered every question and made some amazing recommendations. He grew up here and knows this place well. Thank you Nicolas. Second, location is the best! We walked right to the lift! It is literally across the street and there’s a great rental shop below the inn that gives you a discount. Nico also does a great job of letting you know the good deals and getting everything for you set up. He even delivered our lift tickets to the rental shop. Great dude! Third, everything you need is right here. The room is so comfortable with amazing views and secure. Best trip to the snow in Japan. Highly recommend this place. Five stars doesn’t do it justice. Nico was so kind and accomodating! He took us to an ATM to get cash for our lift passes, picked one of our group up from the station, and dropped us all back when we were leaving - above and beyond! Rooms were very clean and located a few minutes walk from Escal Plaza/Goryu ski field. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!

It was just like the pictures. My room was spacious, had use of the fridge. Nicholas the owner was amazing. He even went out of his way to call me cabs and give me rides to the bus stop as I couldn’t speak any Japanese. Oh did I mention it’s literally across the street from goryu plaza?? Definitely recommend!!
