I looked for a cheap motel in a decent location but it could have been cheaper. The room was awful. Burn hole in the duvet, old, worn out, quite dirty bathroom. Unfriendly staff. Blue paint on the ceiling, a domestic incident on stairwell in middle of night. Didn’t feel safe.
No cleaning during the stay- shouldn’t it be an expectation that towels are changed and basic cleaning done daily? Maybe not for the price.
I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here.

The property is conveniently located just off Hoddle St. I was provided early check in which was great. The bed was comfort and made well. Good stuff stops there for this 3 Star accomodation.

The live band played till midnight Saturday - pack your ear plugs if you’re not joining the fun!

Very convenient, a bit tired but the showers was hot with excellent pressure, the beds were comfy and we didn't find it particularly noisy.

Stated that you have breakfast included , but when asked they offered dry bread slices and milk. Pillows is so hard to sleep on and the overall cleanliness is bad. Although not that expensive not going back again.

Clean and tidy. Big downside is the hotel next door. Very noisy (I'm guessing only on Friday and Saturday nights).

It would be good value except. Room was dirty, furniture was broken and even the couch had a blanket placed over a worn out dirty couch.

- Disliked because I ordered the Spa Room with intensions of using the spa... but found the bath plug was completely the wrong size to keep the water in, therefore could not fill the tub to use the spa... I paid extra for this luxury, but could not use it... I did go to reception to let them know & was told sorry that's the only plug! Pretty poor response, with no offer to rectify or even partially refund, considering I didn't get what I paid for... Also I suggested a hand rail be installed on the wall next to the spa as getting in & out is an accident waiting to happen, as well as a shower curtain to stop the water from going all over the bathroom floor (which in turn makes getting out of the tub, even more slippery & dangerous)... then to top it off there was absolutely no hot water on the Sunday morning before check out!

This hotel represents fantastic value for money and I would certainly stay there again. Just one minor suggestion: Perhaps put a couple of long-life milk tubs in the refrigerator for making tea?

Do not stay here. My room was absolutely filthy, covered in mould and has cockroaches. Place should be closed down.
