We had a one week stay and enjoyed all aspects of the property. The unit was fully equipped with all the essentials and nice and clean. The complex is beautifully landscaped and maintained. The pool area is excellent and has excellent BBQ’s for grilling. The beach is across the street and although S. Kihei Rd is busy thoroughfare there is a good buffer zone and the area is quiet.

The place was beautiful, nice furniture and art. It had all the accomodations and amenities of home. The beach was a minute walk with good snorkeling. My husband thought the bed was a little hard but other than that, pretty perfect!

The apartment is equiped with everything you need to spend your holiday time, for example, air-fryer, rice cooker, snokling equipment, beach parasol, swim board, chair, as well as basic kitchen things.
Only one problem was that air conditioner was not working well. There was a wrong remote controller and we could not adjust temperature, moreover, one of the room device sometimes stopped working, then started to make BEEP sound every minute. So I had to turn off the air conditioner when sleep.
However, the ceiling fans worked well.

We really like the Maui Banyon property. While it is an older condo complex, the grounds and facilities are well taken care of. Our condo, H210 was very comfortable with everything you need in the kitchen. The two bathroom were great for us as a party of two. The bed was extremely comfortable. We would definitely come back to this property and unit again.

Everything was great and we enjoyed our stay. Having all the comforts of home is a plus. Only recommendation is to leave the door open on the washer in between uses.

Sofa bed not working correct. Could not fold back up. Hard to find correct number to report. Pillows for sofa bed smelled horrible. Had to wash 2 in order to use. Had 4 pillows only 3 cases. Only used 2 pillows. They need to be replaced. Lani screens and tracks filthy. Other than that nice enough place

Good location, older unit, not as clean as you'd expect given the high fees. Smoke alarm was missing, good restaurants around and plenty of parking availability.

There were no paper towels and no toilet paper which we didn’t know until late at night when we settled in and the stores were closed. Other than that, lovely place to stay. So close and convenient to shopping, food trucks, and the beach!!

The unit we stayed in was okay. The pull it bed was very squeaky and the mattress was thin and you could feel the springs, also it curved down toward the center. The air conditioning units were small so the temp stayed a bit warm for our taste, even on the highest setting, and I’m always cold! The wifi was out for almost 2 days and we have no idea why. We called and they said it was out for most of the building and someone was working on it. It took longer than expected to get up and running again. The weather was perfect so that wasn’t the issue.
Parking was not great. Just because you have a parking pass doesn’t mean you have a reserved spot. You’re gonna have to walk unless you get lucky and get a close spot. Beach chairs, towels and and umbrella were provided which was really nice. Overall average stay. But that pull out bed needs help!
