My stay was wonderful..the room was very comfortable and very clean...breakfast every morning very good. Antonella the lady in charge, A really nice person, very able all time to help everybody....great location, very close to beach and Downtown...definitely I recommend this amazing place and I will return....

I am perplexed by the people giving this place 5 stars. The woman who runs the place is lovely and helpful. If you have a car (I didn't) the free gated parking would be a big plus. Breakfast is good, typical for small hotels, but no hot offerings. But the rooms are extremely cramped, and could use some paint and some updating. The shower is so small as to be nearly unusable. And the walls between rooms offer little soundproofing. Heat is from a floor plug in heater. Is there A/C? I didn't see any. The price is good, the neighborhood is fine, and it is about 7 blocks to the beach. If you love "charming, old" B&Bs, you might like this. If you are more used to hotels, book a hotel instead.

We loved staying here! The staff was amazing and the breakfast everyday was the perfect start to our day. It was in the perfect location in down town Viña. Right in the middle of EVERYTHING! Would recommend to any one!

I ended up staying here for a couple extra nights. Very quaint. Bed was comfortable and I had lots of extra space in my room. The lady that works here is very sweet and even though she didn’t speak English she figured it out. The area is nice. 5 minute walk to the beach. Lots of nice restaurants to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a very good time at the Mediterraneo. The ladies spoke little English and I spoke little Spanish but we communicated through an IPad. Everyone was sweet and helpful and the place was spotless. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was simple but filling. A nice experience.

Great location in Vina del Mar, well-priced! Breakfast was simple but good and we appreciated the secured parking.

Beautifully kept and comfortable and well priced, so easy to overlook inconveniences such as windows that don't open and no power adaptors. Probably best to have rudimentary Spanish to communicate. Fabulous breakfast.

Mediteranneo was a very nice B&B located just a few blocks from lots of restaurants/shopping/beach. I wouldn't call it a fully quiet section of Vina del Mar but more than adequate quiet time. The wood floors creak a bit in the rooms/stairs but that is probably the only real blemish if you can call it that. The room conditions were very nice. The breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. Parking can be done inside a locked gate in front of the B&B or during off hours along the one lane road. During the work week...many people seem to park on the street. All in all a real solid place to stay and would stay again. Caution: The dock area just down from the B&B is being worked on and appears to be a long term construction project to better the beachfront.

We really enjoyed walking down the beach, going for dinner at the Cap Ducal!

Overall excellent. Good breakfast with brewed coffee. Only caveat is parking is limited and cars tend to block the exit. Wasn't a problem to us but something to consider if you come by car.

The B&B is very well located, walking distance to the beach and all shopping centre. The bed was not to confortable but considering the price I don't think we could find better.
