The property is full of potential, and I have stayed there on other occasions but this time I can't help but comment about the staff who work there. The lack of uniform to identify it is a big problem, the pool and restaurant staff get confused with the guests because it is very easy to find them lying in the shade with their cell phone in their hand. Also be a little rude with the guests. It may be that this part of the hotel is sublet as the front desk, bar and spa staff have their uniforms, but the hotel looks bad thanks to the rudeness and lack of professionalism of the pool and restaurant staff. Regarding the physical part of the hotel, I think it is time to invest money in the rooms because they are starting to feel a little dated.

Its one of the nicest place in cabarete , but its beginning to show old. Crack glass balconies and windows,paint peeling of the wall. But staff is very nice

This property is beautiful, the staff were incredibly attentive and kind. Personal thanks to Meghan, you made our anniversary amazing! Cannot wait to visit again.

Very nice hotel with great value. My only disappointment is there is no bar of soap and lotion offered in room.

This was my fifth time at the property and it was wonderful as usual. Beautiful resort with great service. Ill be back late summer.

At check-in received very little info about property amenities and layout. Pool staff did not treat each customer equally with addressing and questioning who belonged there and who did not. Thankfully management made up for it by accommodating us with a complimentary spa treatment, as it was our anniversary as well. Had a great time engaging with late night staff members in the entertainment area. Service at the restaurant was good, but the best thing were the killer BloodyMarys.

The property is one of the newer properties on the beach. It was clean and in good repair. The staff wasn’t as friendly or proactive about service as I’ve experienced in other resorts in Dominican Republic. The restaurant food was not my preference but they had many different options.

Great pool, spacious room. Bathroom was clean, modern and spacious, but shower water system was poor, water drained out onto the floor. Good quality sheets, but did not fit the bed correctly. Air conditioner filter needs to be cleaned...bad smell.

Nice hotel, good location and brilliant pool. However place start to show signs of wear and tear but the bigger problem is the restaurant. It used to be one of the better and pricier in cabarete, its still one of the pricier restaurants but nowdays also one of the worst, not a good combo.

I have been a recurrent customer of this hotel for many years. Hotel service has been deteriorating over time. I will not go back to stay at this hotel any longer. Aside from the staff of the swimming pool who do a great job, We were forced to sign at check in an acknowledgement on limitations the hotel imposed on the use of pool chairs that seems other guests either did not comply or were not informed. Staff at the front desk was not friendly, on the contrary quite rude. Customer satisfaction is certainly neither a priority for the front desk staff nor of the hotel management. Customers are disposable items in this hotel.
