A short distance from the ocean, a golf course, and more, this smoke-free condo lets you experience it all. Thanks to the convenient onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and enjoy a short 5-minute walk to Perdido Key Beach, or easily tackle the quick 3-minute drive to Johnson Beach.
Once you get back, you can enjoy your surroundings with the balcony and BBQ grill. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, TV, and MP3 docking station.
As you settle into this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental, you'll find a dining area and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and cookware. And there's a washer/dryer, so you can even pack a bit lighter.

Our stay was good. We were given all the information needed. We didn’t have any problems getting in the gate or room. We did have an issue with the parking pass not being there. I was told to write on a piece of paper and someone would bring it the next morning. By the time we got the pass we already had a warning on our car. Thankfully it was just a warning and everything was fine. That’s the only issue we ran into and not a big deal.
The man working on the grounds was very friendly as well!

Wi-fi never worked. Areas of disrepair noted in bathroom above shower and outlet hanging half out of wall by bunk beds.

There was people there with 7 kids over running the pool so my grandbaby couldn't even swin and cone to gind out they were locals that knew the gate code! No security so anyone could come there and they did! Next time ill pay the extra and stay oceanside where i know and seen they enforce security.
Mt unit was very dated and the appliancen work enough tobget by at best. We stayed in 407W for reference

The property was walking distance to the public beach, needs a few repairs to the pool/hot tub area but they're still in decent enough shape to use. It requires a code to get into the parking lot and the gate that leads to the beach, we found that you do intact need to enter the # at the walking gate despite what the sign says at the gate. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Had I needed to log-in to work I would have been required to leave the condo and find reliable internet. It is a short and safe walk to the public beach, but the public beach area is TINY. We bought a 7 day pass for $25 for the state park at the end of the road and went there during the day. I was surprised that the unit is limited to only one parking pass and public parking is nearly impossible to find close by - so if you are a two car party be prepared to Uber.
