You can enjoy a very large enclosed and wooded garden that has its own access to the Aber, it is an ideal starting point for a kayak or paddle outing! You can also enjoy the large terrace with its magnificent view of the Aber for meals with family or friends. And the highlight of these outdoor areas is the heated spa at 29 degrees all year round.

Inside, you can enjoy a large living-dining room that also has a beautiful view of the aber and the port of Lanildut. The separate kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for cooking good meals. You will also find on the ground floor a beautiful master suite with its queen-size bed in 160x200 and its shower room as well as a second spacious and nicely decorated master suite with its king-size bed in 180x200 and its bathroom with bathtub.
Upstairs, you will find a beautiful mezzanine, ideal for children, as well as 3 beautiful bedrooms. These rooms are all equipped with 2 double beds, one room has a 140x190 bed and the other two have 160x200 beds. A shower room and a toilet are also located on this floor.

For children, you will also find nearby: the récré des 3 curés (amusement park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
