Wonderful stay for the wedding we were attending. Only thing, bring an air freshener with you. When first walking into the unit it smelled like dirty socks. Otherwise, our stay was perfect. We enjoyed our food at the Warehouse restaurant that is on the property.

The bed is uncomfortable, the room is dirty, there are hairs all over everything in the bathroom, I almost lost my pillow behind the bed and when I looked back there it was all spiders. I just vacuumed and cleaned the bathroom. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone stuck to my hand… I’m gagging

My stay at Poconos Villa was very relaxing and serene. The room was very clean & cute. The outside surrounding the roof & siding could use some power washing.

Mattress need to be replaced. None of our pillows had pillow cases on them. They were just piled on the beds. Walls need touch up and paint.

The overall stay was very good. The location was great. The condo was renovated nicely but the over all cleanliness was just ok. Kitchen counter sticky, the chandelier over the dining room table was filthy. It looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. The dishwasher ran but it sounded like there is something stuck in the pump. All the dishes had to be rewashed. The dishwasher also is not anchored to the counter or cabinets so it moves around every time that you open it. The outside pool was generally clean but is dated and in need of a facelift with cracked tiles and people carving names and vulgarities in the build up on the tiles. We had a great time during our stay but would not consider a time share with the facility in the current condition. The staff was very helpful and responsive.

The expectation

Our two nights in the mountain villa led to a fantastic first golf trip for our girlfriends, and the neat and cozy living conditions at the village, allowed us to have a safe, happy and enjoyable trip. We could have good memories.Thanks

The poconos area is beautiful so the property is in a great setting. Unfortunately, the property has not been maintained. A daily resort fee was charged for activities which were unusable due to the poor condition of the grounds. (miniature golf, basketball courts, pool) The ground level window did not lock and the entry door deadbolt was not functional. Bathroom was dirty, mildew in the shower, previous guest's hair in the drain, and previous guest's shower cap on the back of the door.

Everything was really nice, the only downsides were the indoor pool was closed and the patio connected to the suite did not open to enjoy nature / the scenery.

We took a short family trip and loved the property. The villa was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. Will definitely be visiting again.

Laundry area had a ton of mold. There was a dirty washcloth hanging in the bathroom. Cabinets were broken. Got to listen to my neighbors party @ 2am.

Villa was beautiful, clean and comfortable on the inside. Had all the supplies we needed for stay. Tv only had basic cable with very grainy visual, but luckily we brought our firestick. Wifi worked great. Outside looked rundown but did not interfere with visit. Only real downside was inaccurate information at times. Their digital packet mentioned one of their pools being closed when in fact there were 2 pools closed. The warehouse restauraunt had flyers everywhere and on digital packet for music bingo starting at 6 on sundays, but it did not start until 7. Plus restauraunt was out of a lot of dishes and ingredients for 6 pm. Overall the good outweighed the bad and we had a great time and would return again!

Very clean and the new apartments were elegant and neat!

We are a family of 6, we stayed in a 3 bedroom villa for 4 nights and it was amazing. We felt like we were home. The villa is spacious and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed the private sauna in our room. Nothing to say. We will definitely go back!
