The building is located at 4E Ludwiki Street in Warsaw's Wola district. It is an excellent place for those looking for comfortable and convenient accommodation within walking distance of tourist attractions and many amenities. History and culture lovers will be pleased to know that the property is located just 1.3 km from the Warsaw Uprising Museum, where guests can delve into the fascinating history and heritage of the capital. Thanks to the well-developed transport infrastructure, it is quick and easy to get around all over Warsaw. Just 700 m from the apartment is the Plocka subway station and numerous bus and streetcar stops. While in the city, it is worth visiting the Palace of Culture and Science - an important place of cultural and scientific life of the capital, which can be reached by car in just ten minutes. EXPO XXI, Warsaw's largest trade fair and exhibition center, is an eleven-minute walk from the apartment. Restaurants offering Polish and international cuisine, as well as atmospheric cafes are available nearby. The closest ones include Full Micha (500 m) and Coconut Restaurant & Cafe (500 m). Numerous stores and retail and service outlets are available in the area, making for a comfortable stay. For those traveling by train, an undoubted advantage is the fact that the Warsaw Wola station is only ten minutes away. It takes about twenty minutes to get to Chopin Airport by car or cab.

DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:

The first-floor apartment is designed for eight people and is distinguished by its elegance and careful workmanship. The bright and spacious interiors create an atmosphere of luxury and comfort. There are three bedrooms, where two have a king-size bed and one has a double bed. Additional sleeping space is provided by a sofa bed in the air-conditioned living room. There are up to three bathrooms, two of which are equipped with showers and the third offers a comfortable bathtub. In addition, soft towels and a special set of free toiletries are provided at the beginning of each stay. A large furnished balcony and terrace provide an ideal place for morning coffee or evening relaxation in the fresh air. The kitchenette is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. There is an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and capsule coffee maker. The washing machine, located in the hallway, will certainly come in handy during longer stays. The apartment is also equipped with modern multimedia amenities, such as a flat-screen TV, cable TV and SmartTV+ access. A comfortable desk and chair in one of the bedrooms allow for remote work, and high-speed WiFi is available in all rooms. A parking space in the underground garage is available for motorized guests.
