The location was perfect. Quiet at night and comfortable. Within a block were at least 6 cafes/restaurants.

It had not been cleaned very well before we arrived and the furniture in the den was not great but of course we weren't sitting on if very much.

I liked the property. However, we paid €90 extra for the cleaning so that we did not have to clean the entire place as we were there on a work trip with colleagues. We swept the floors, and find a dirty sock underneath the carpet. We cleaned and tidied the entire apt and left one bin and the dishes in the sink and the dishwasher from our breakfast following which I received a tirade of interaction from the management company that can only be described as extremely poor customer service and verging on bullying saying they were charging for cleaning. I explained I had already paid and they said the sign in the kitchen clearly stating wash dishes and take out the bins. my response was that I understood that but thought I had paid for someone else to do it. the €90 was clearly a complete farce. the attitude I received was shocking. I the reread the other reviews to see this is normal from this management company. They have a lot to learn about customer service but actually don’t seem interested so it’s a toxic company

Good location.

The kitchen was not equipped for six people to cook and eat. Downstairs bedrooms felt damp and smelt bad. Small beds were uncomfortable to share. The apartment is tiny 6 people in the apartment and the space felt really small. All rooms need to be cleaned properly. Photos are misleading it looks great but will disappoint.

We were charged well over the amount advertised for adding an additional guest to the apartment. They were very abrupt and not very easy to deal with. We ended up having to pay the over priced amount as we had no choice.

Excellent guidance by your representative and met us on time giving us detail on local restaurants and bars plus places likely to be very touristy. Central location of house and facilities inside were good albeit 'tired'.

Kitchen sink constantly blocking Lots of barking dogs which we appreciate is out of your control but was nonetheless very very noisy in the mornings and some people started building works as early as 7am. Appreciate this is City life but was annoying.
