Deer, turkeys, owls and other wildlife can often be spotted from the home which is surrounded by pine trees on a spacious 3 acres. Walk alongside the lake on the public trail and enjoy beautiful views of the lake from the tops of the shoreline bluffs. The pond is stocked with bluegill, black crappies, and large-mouth bass, allowing for a great catch and release fishing experience for the kids.

A county park is just minutes away to launch your boat or other water toys. There are reasonable dock rentals available 10 minutes from the home.

There are pontoon and jet ski rentals just a few short miles away. Several restaurants and lake bars with great food and nightly entertainment await you.

Plenty of activities surround the home in winter as well. Snowmobilers have instant access to the Juneau County snowmobile trails which are right across the street. If you are looking to ski or snowboard, Cascade Mountain is only 40 minutes away and Christmas Mountain a mere 25 minutes from the home. Trails along the lake make for great snowshoeing. Several sledding hills are nearby along with cross-country skiing and sleigh rides. After a long day of playing hard in the snow, relax with a cocktail by one of the 2 cozy indoor fireplaces.
